I purchased my home in July of 2021. The seller replaced the roof in February of 2020. I noticed a leak about a month and a half after moving in and reached out to Southern Tek, as they were the company that did the roof. It took over 2 months the to get a representative to actually come to my property. Curren came out in October, examined the roof and found the source of the leak. He took photos, and was going to check the plans and records of the work done to see if it was an existing problem they should have taken care of, or if it was something we would need to address. It tool another 2 months of phone calls and texts to have them come out again. This time supposedly the owner was going to come look. He never showed up. We rescheduled because he was ill. Then Curren came back, took more photos, and to date absolutely nothing has been done. I feel they are giving me the runaround to avoid responsibility. I just want my roof repaired. I'm seeing signs of the roof shifting or sagging. After this experience I would not recommend this company t anyone. Apparently there is a change in management and they are entirely dropping the ball. Regardless, this is an unacceptable way to do business.Business response

I was notified only two weeks ago about this issue. I was the one who told the customer that I was going to come and my wife, all three of my children, and myself all came down with covid over the holidays. We were back in the office on January 3rd and called the customer to reschedule to come back out. When the sales rep from that house reached out to the customer to schedule for us to go out she responded saying she now had covid and needed to reschedule. We had been out to this house prior to current homeowner who bought it for a leak and found the house was leaking from rotten siding. We gave quote to old homeowner but they did not have the means to replace. I house was originally bought from a home flipper with no disclosures and there are many things wrong that need to be fixed. The roof is in good condition but I told her I would reinspect anyways. I am sorry if the message did not get through but that is what was said. We are still under the same management and ownership as well. We just cant be responsible to fix issues that did not arise from something we did. I have included many photos from original house inspection.
