After reaching out to the company via email I received a reply from Joseph E****** on ******23. I submitted to him the specifications for a replacement wheel for my vehicle. He confirmed that he could order the wheel at a cost of $316.50. I submitted payment to Anthony P***** via ******* as instructed. Both Anthony and Joseph confirmed receipt of the payment and Joseph stated that he would forward shipping information to me. On *****/2023 Joseph sent me an email stating, "I just reached out to our shipping warehouse and the wheel is being prepped for shipping to you, I will email the tracking as soon as it's updated in our system. Thanks again for your purchase. Happy Holidays!!!" On *****/2023, after not receiving any additional information from Joseph, I sent him an email reminding him that he had stated to me that this would take two weeks and that he had not forwarded any tracking information to me. I asked him again to send tracking information or, I would need to pursue other options. Today I emailed Joseph and asked him to refund the full payment to me. I also called on *****/23 and three times today and no one answered. I would like for this business to return my full payment immediately and without penalty.Initial Complaint

Order 4 wheels from them online. Riley contacted me, stated the wheels were out of stock, but could factory order them. Asked if I could pay with check. Asked that the check be written to Drive auto sport and performance. Was told two to three week lead time. Check was cashed on or about ****-23. Have not received wheels, and have not received any response to all of my emails or phone calls.Initial Complaint

On *****23, I attempted to order a 3.45 gear set from ******************. I was emailed by a "Mark" saying this item is not in stock, is special order, and thus they did not charge my credit card. Instead, this was to be a "special order" from Germany which required me to pay a $400 deposit to his general manager, "Tony P*****" using ****** ***. I asked if this could be don via ****** or anything else, but no, ****** *** was the only method. I dont know what to call it, perhaps desperation, but I paid the $400 in hopes of receiving the part I'm after. I would check in on the status, on ****/23 getting " Mitch, > Good morning, i just received a response from our warehouse manager, > the shipment with your Gear Set will be arriving this Friday. > > I will reach out as soon as it's ready for final shipment to you. > > Our apologies for any inconvenience." On **** I prod again, and "Mitch, Good afternoon, it's no problem the gears are ready to go, we will send you the request for the balance and get them headed your way. Thank You" The style of reply should have told me all I need to know, but a las here we are and its ****/23, I'm still being *****....no one answers the posted phone number. I finally got around to seeing all the other folks who have been scammed in the same fashion. I just want my product, which I'm quite sure does not exist, or my money back. I ordered a ******** **** center muffler for a total of $331.98 and sent them a check per their request (since it was a special order they would not accept a credit card). I contacted Nathan around mid April to make sure he had received the check since I did not get any email confirmation and was told that payment was complete and they would send me a tracking number once the part was shipped. I contacted Nathan during the first and second week of June and left several VM messages since they were not answering any phone line. I repeatedly tried calling over the last week and also sent them an email however have not received any response. I am happy to forward the email chain as well. Thanks for your help. On ***** *** 2023 I ordered a rim for my husband's 2015 ***** *** ****. I spoke with a Joseph on the phone with Wheel Street Online. He guaranteed that he could get his hands on the rim we needed but it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. This seemed acceptable to me so at that point I was emailed an invoice with a link to make a payment of $283 thru ****** Pay. I received a reply from a Tony P***** that my payment was received and the order would be processed. 10 days goes by we call and Joseph assures us its on its way. Fast foward to ***** **** still no rim. Tried calling Joseph again multiple times. No answer. No call backs. I emailed Joseph on this same day letting him know still no rim has been delivered, do you have a tracking number? No reply. A few days go by we then decide to make a claim with our bank to reverse charges since we had no rim and no communication from the business. We got our money returned only to have these crooks take it back again on **** ****. I am demanding that this company return our $283 immediately to our bank account.Initial Complaint

Transaction Payment Dates* ***** *** 2023 $400.00, ***** *** 2023 $1,067.00 via ****** pay. Ordere* ** ** chrome wheels 20x8.5 set of 4. Reason for dispute is that I never recieved the product and have tried working with shop manager Joseph E****** as well as General Manager Tony P****** On *** ** 2023 I received a refund of $400.00 along with a *** *, 2023 refund of $500.00 from Tony P***** via ****** pay. They have refused to continue to communicate with me since the last refund for the remaining refund amount of $567.00. I have all email and ****** transactions if needed for further assistance. Seeking $567.00 in refund. Hope this is enough for you to help me resolve this issue. Please contact me if needed. I ordered rims in February, I never received them I called the company and got no answer several times and left messages no response than I emailed them and someone name Joseph responded he stated that the rims was put on the wrong truck in ********* ** and will be sent to me soon, that was the beginning of may so I waited and still no show, now they won’t answer or respond back to me, please help I’m not sure at this point if this is a legitimate company or a scam but I paid them $1,301.32 in full with my credit card and would like this matter resolved immediately if at all possible can you please assist me in getting to the bottom of this issue asap it would be greatly appreciated. O* ******** i placed an order for a car exhaust system for a 2014 ******** ****. I sent them an official bank check for $1,799. I have been waiting for it ever since. Every few weeks i followed up and i received nothing but excuses. They are delayed, they shipped it but it was damaged and they are sending another etc. They even told me at one point they would give me 10% back due to the issue but have not received anything. The last message i received was from ******* where they told me they received my order and were mailing it out to me and will send a tracking number. This was a month ago and i havent heard back from them since. I called numerous times and they never answer the phone or return my call. I simply want my product or my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a replacement wheel on ***********, 2022 and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. After a month had past, I followed up and was told that the wheel was in clearing customs and that once it cleared that I would be provided a tracking number. On ********** I followed up as I had not been provided a tracking number or updated and was told that they was looking into it. After not receiving a response, I requested a full refund of the ******* and was told that they would contact the shipper and cancel the order and once the order was confirmed then I would receive the refund and the turn around time for that was 3-5 business days. Today is **********, I haven't received the wheel that was ordered and paid for 2 months ago nor has a refund been issued that was requested 2 weeks ago.
