I purchased 2 items on 5/21/2023. It is now 7/4/2023 and I have not received the items or a response to my 3 emails and 3 IG messages Crickets. They have limited comments on all of their IG post so you cannot reach out that way. Extremely disappointed. At this point, just refund me my monies.Initial Complaint

I ordered some items from their website on April 30, 2023 with guarantee 2 to 5 day shipping. I have yet to receive my items I have reached out to them many times with no response no tracking updates nothing I even try to call over Instagram no response. I have asked for my money thur email nothing. I just want my money back I never received the items. Please help it's hard enough out here I feel like I been scammedInitial Complaint

On 7/12/22 I purchased 2 items from Waist Where on their company website for the total amount of $48.95 to be sent to my address at that time. I have been trying to reach them for months and never received a response nor did I receive my purchase. I feel like I was scammed and need help with obtaining a refund or my items I purchased. I have contacted my credit card company and was advised per investigation that my purchase was supported and rendered. However I did not receive any items that I purchased.Initial Complaint

Waist where was purchased and when received on 1/18, I tried it on to see if it fit. No problems, however when raving about it to a co worker the next day, I noticed the seams were coming undone. I have other shapewear that I had for months/years and the seams are still intact. I reached out to the company and they stated no refunds and that this is normal for shapewear to happen. They stated they will send a replacement even though I was not happy with that outcome because the issue may occur. They stopped emailing, no resolution, and here I still have unused shapewear sitting in the same bag they shipped it in. I just want my money back.
