The tools and feedback that Lee provided me during my internal prep session was extremely helpful. I was also on a very short timeline given when my interview had been scheduled, weekends, etc., and Lee was able to work around that to make sure that I was as prepared as I could have been.

I am an ******** applying for a federal ******** position. A federal resume is very different from a private sector resume. Which I found very difficult when I started trying to draft on my own. I contacted Career Pro Global at the recommendation of a friend. The initial contact person listened to my concerns and assured me that they could help me. I also had time constraints as the resume had to be completed within 10 days as this was the posting deadline. William *. C****** of Career Pro Global was assigned to me as my resume writer. He was very attentive, patient and responsive. He first gave me a questionnaire to fill out in order to understand my professional background and qualifications. We then went through the questionnaire by phone. He then got to work. Mr. C****** drafted a perfect resume using the information I gave him. It was perfect! It was completed within the deadline that I was under for the job posting. Mr. C****** even followed up with me as to how my federal job search was proceeding. That is personal service which you don’t find these days. I would highly suggest Career Pro Global… they are the professionals.CareerPro Global, Inc. Response

They wrote a resume that included information that they fabricated. They refused to assist per agreement and the cost was way too high. I would never recommend this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage of people looking to advance their career and provide a terrible product.CareerPro Global, Inc. Response

At CareerPro Global, we have never and would never fabricate or falsify information, since that would go directly against our 40-year mission to help people achieve their career goals. But when this customer provided only scant details for one of the positions, we simply did some light research to glean a few details and expand upon the basic job duties in the resume, knowing that the next step in our process was for him to review and provide detailed feedback on anything he’d like to adjust/clarify. Also, it is common practice in our industry to develop federal resumes based on sample/closed positions, so that customers are prepared to apply for similar positions once they become available. We delivered the resume for this customer on time, and made multiple offers to get on the phone and find a solution to his concerns, including our Managing Editor working with him personally. We regret that he did not take us up on either a phone call or revisions to his resume, and instead chose not to speak to anyone at our company ever since the project first began, then posted this review.Review from Joseph M
