Leak throughout the apartment. They say they fixed the problem but the problem is still occurring. I’ve only lived her about * ******. When I call I get no answerBusiness response

After receiving the complaint on ******* ** ***** I arranged with the Property Manager, Ms. Tandra C*****, to inspect this apartment and to speak with the Head of Household, Ms. ********** ****. Around 2:00 PM on ******* ** ****, Ms. C***** and I visited this apartment. At that time, Ms. **** was at home and a technician from ******* ******** was there ma**** a repair under the kitchen sink. Apparently the apartment maintenance man was unable to locate the source of the leak that prompted Ms. ****'s complaint. Ms. C***** and I told Ms. **** that we felt that once ******* ******** completed their repair everything should be good with her plumbing. I was not clear when Ms. **** had called our office and not received an answer, but Ms. C***** made sure that Ms. **** has her direct office number if needed going forward. Hopefully with the completion of the plumbing repair this matter can be considered resolved.
