He meticulously assessed my home's air quality and took the time to patiently address all my questions. His expertise and willingness to ensure that I fully understood the condition of my home's air quality left me feeling reassured and well-informed.In addition to their air quality inspection, healthyair also completed other jobs in my home, including upgrading my HVAC system, duct cleaning, and providing an HVAC maintenance contract. ************************* at Healthy Air takes care of my **** system, and I cannot say enough good things about him. When he services my **** unit, he does so in order to prolong the life of the unit and never tries to sell me a new one.He has also saved me from not having A/C on the 4th of July and heat on December 23 - right in the midst of the terrible cold snap.On both occasions, he walked me through, over the phone and on a video call, the process of getting the **** unit back up and running. And, particularly on December 23, he was very patient in helping me out via a video phone call in putting the door of the unit back on. It was no easy task, but the unit would not operate without the door being secured.I am very pleased with Healthy Air and with ******'s good care of me as a customer.

Only reason I give them 5 stars is because I can't give them more, this is a great company, with great people, and great ownership. They do quality work, and most importantly are honest and compassionate. When people like me come to them it usually means the situation is desperate, they understand and relate to your situation and diagnose the problem and then give you a clear cut plan for a solution. They took fantastic care of my home and my family and I will never stop appreciating it. I recommend them highly, and I have told them I am at their disposal anytime to recommend them to potential customers.

******* came out and assessed our air quality in our not quite 3 year old home; ours wasn't too bad but we do have 3 dogs and I use a CPAP and have allergies. Healthy Air USA installed additional filtration on our HVAC system and an ion generator, or Polarizer, we have slept better and my husband says I no longer snore! We also had our AC stop blowing cold air in ************* fixed it right away with his very professional & accurate diagnosis the first visit!
