On October 26, 2021 I purchased a 12 package car wash for $300 via Venmo from ******************************* Mobile. They completed 1 and then I wasn't able to get in touch with them for weeks when I would try to schedule the next few. I reached out in February and received a response but never got on the schedule. I reached out again in April and after weeks of no communication I asked for a refund since it was so challenging to schedule with him. No response. In May (after numerous attempts to contact him) I called from a different number and he answered. He said he didn't have the money to give me a refund and I suggested we work out a payment schedule. Then, deciding to give him one more chance, I told him I do still need my car washed and if he would come out we could knock off $25 of what he owes me. He apologized and I got on their schedule. He came out in May, I had 10 cleanings left on my package. In June he came out as well but it took multiple attempts to reach him (9 left). In October I started to try to reach out again to schedule a cleaning. Nothing. It's November. I've even tried reaching out via Venmo. This is such a scam.Initial Complaint

I contacted this company back on December 16th to get a family members car detailed as a gift. I prepaid $150 via Zelle, as I am located in a different state. We agreed for ****** to come on Jan 5th to detail the vehicle. Communication was lacking and took me reaching out the day before as I was provided with no showtime and they didnt even ask for the address. After the family member stayed home all day waiting for them to show up, she informed me that no one came. I reached out for an update and was told there was a personal issue, which is understandable. After trying to solicit what date would be good to reschedule for the detailer, we finally agreed January 26th **** would work. At 10:30 the detailer messaged saying he got in a minor wreck and sent a picture. At this point the family member got tired of the poor communication and lack of service, so I inquired about a refund, which ****** said we could absolutely work out. This was on January 26th. On February 7th, I requested a refund via Zelle as there was no communication on when I may be getting my money back. I received an apology, and that since theyre a small business, they will refund me as soon as possible since business has been slow. The Zelle request was cancelled by them. April 19th approaches and still no refund. I sent another Zelle request and asked for a status update and have yet to receive a response from the company.
