-Feb. 1, 2023 -Total price $6250 -Replumbing to house -left the drain pipes loose and leaking - now there is a mess in crawl space and it will cost about $12,000 to repair damages this company has caused us due to negligence. -they did not call the next day Feb. 2, 2023 to resolve the issue -#**********Business response

Whole house repipe 2 bathrooms one laundry one kitchen replacement of all stops in the house. Total $5800.00.01/28/2023 05:37 pm by ***************************Whole house re-pipe, ASAPAs you can see, there is nothing about sewer line work needed and I can also confirm, there was not any work performed on the sewer line. And I say this, because the homeowner is complaining that the sewer line is leaking and it is not in a good shape. Yes, the sewer line was not in a good shape prior to my company working on the clean water pipes, and again we have not touched or worked on the sewer line at all. If you are not familiar with plumbing, I can tell you that the two systems - clean water line/pipes and the sewer line/pipes are totally different and do not get mixed together at any point. We only worked on the clean water line, as that is what the tenant wanted. While we were repiping the house, the tenant mentioned that they have a problem with the sewer line and we observed pipes that were out of date, leaking and hangin without any support. That was causing a sewer build up in the crawl space and it was full of f**** Again working on the sewer line was never in the original project, nor it was discussed prior to starting working on the clear water line project. After realising the severity of the sewer problem, we, the technicians and the tenants, discussed a future project where the bathroom will be renovated and while doing so the sewer problem will be addressed and fixed. After finishing the job the Tenant never reached out to me to say they have any issues with the work done, and never gave me a chance to discuss their unhappiness and dissatisfaction with the job performed. I am surprised at the fact, that they have submitted not one, but 2 complaints with you, when they could have just called me and tried to get the issues they have resolved with us directly. After receiving the letters from the BBB, I have personally tried to get in touch with the property owners trying to resolve the issue they have, but was not able to get in touch with them.I must say that when we finished the job, while still at the property, the homeowner seemed happy and did not show in any way dissatisfaction with our work. Again, I will be more than happy to resolve the issues they have, by either going back and addressing their concerns or by giving them a discount, so they do not feel in any way dissatisfied.Unfortunately, I can not read their minds and I am not able to know what and how they feel without expressing it. Maybe they felt, reaching out to you will get us to act better or take a more swift response but as I said, we are not able to reach them at all. So, if you are able to get to them, please ask them what they want us to do.We are happy people trying to make other people happy.***********************American Rooter Services************
