I hired this "company" / gentleman to pressure wash my house. It looked great until it dried! The next morning I woke up to my house being covered in streaks and splotches. I'm talking about streaks all the way down the home. I contacted ***** and sent pics. He said he would go back out and re-rinse... he also mentioned the color of my home, he said the siding was installed incorrectly AND that I needed to let it dry.... He was correct that my house is blue. I don't know about siding installation (but this hasn't happened after being pressure washed before), and the house was dry. He finished around the 530p the day before the terrible pics that I'll include, which were taken at 930 the next morning. So this was DEFFINITELY solution just sitting on my siding. He went back out, said he re-rinsed, sent pics. SAME THING. It was dry when I got home from work and still streaked. He told me that I needed to give it longer to dry..... I don't think letting solution sit on the house is the answer, which is what I told him, so He came out again and wiped the streaks off. He sent pics, it did look pretty good. Now it rained a few days ago, dried, and some of the large streaks and spots are back. I am including pics from this morning. They aren't the exact angle, but you can still compare them and see that these are the same exact streaks. They're not new. This hasn't happened before. The house has been washed before. There were no problems during or after. I don't think this guy really knows what he's doing as he hasn't fixed the problem and continues to tell me to "let it dry" after a day/night of drying. He pressure washed my home on April 26. It's now been 3.5 weeks. Now I don't trust that he can fix it or that he even knows how. I want him to pay to fix the problem. I don't think I should have to pay another company to do the job I paid him to do. If that will even take care of it. I also don't want anyone else to go through this.Please helpBusiness response

On April 26, 2022, customer had an exterior house wash (soft wash, not pressure wash as pressure washing your homes exterior can cause irreversible damage) on dark blue vinyl that was a less than ***** sq. ft. house. Customer notified us of streaking the next day and requested us to come back out.
April 27, 2022, we came back out and the exterior was clean but we re-rinsed the house and notified the customer that the streaks present was the water escaping from the sidings weeping holes and needed time to drain and dry and would resolve itself. Customer contacted us stating they were not satisfied with the immediate results and our solution.
April 28, 2022, we came back out again after consulting with a past mentor and other industry experts as we were able to provide an alternative solution that provided immediate result which left the customer satisfied.
Afterwards, customer left a 4 start review as they were happy with our customer service and customer satisfaction but was unhappy with the situation. That was the last time we were in contact with the customer.
Days later, they changed their rating from 4 stars to 1 star as they were still unhappy with the job and that they were going to hire someone else to come out.
May 21, 2022 customer file complaint on the matter with the BBB and desires a repair; refund.
June 14, 2022 is the first we have learned about said complaint and desires. We are happy to issue customer a refund to resolve the matter.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me simply bc I dont think they know how to fix the problem they caused.
