********************************* is repeatedly throwing yard trash in my yard and physically threatened my son and I the other day with a baseball bat in view of several nbors in the neighborhood. I suggest his employer have ******* attend ANGER MANAGEMENT training as he has severe issues and should NOT be working with the public if this is the type of behavior he exhibits.

      Business response

      09/23/2022

Even though this "complaint" was made anonymously, it is certain from my neighbor ***************************. I have never and will never conduct business with this person. *********;and his son have become problems in our neighborhood. I've attached just some of the recent threatening texts, videos and images. On Sunday, while my wife and I were working in our yard doing yard work, this neighbor and his adult son (who lives with him) attacked me and referred to me as a "fucking ****." He threatened me and my job and said he would cause problems for me to insure I lose my real estate license. The images of the yard debris I attached are parts of my plants/bushes that he cut down then threw into my yard. So by constantly throwing stuff in his yard, he is referring to my ****** growing over the fence or between the picket fence into his yard. My family wants no part of going into his yard to cut the overgrowth, which he has every right to trim on his property.

The image of the car was of him not allowing me to pass on Tuesday. His son came up from behind and blocked me in with his car. It was not until they heard me call the police that they finally moved. The text of ****** was also printed out and thrown in several places into my yard.

This man has been harassing me, my wife and both of my minor kids via text and email for two years, to the point where we are going to list our house and move out of the neighborhood as soon as possible. He has interfered in multiple listings I've had with other neighbors, to the point where I lost the listing at ******************. He's submitted false Google reviews which I was fortunate enough to catch and block before they were published to the public. He has a violent background. In 2020, he was arrested for beating up his adult son and charged with Family Battery in **** County. His son has issues with substance abuse and DUI. These are violent and unstable individuals that want to bully people and cause problems.

I have been a REALTOR for 27 months and conducted 60+ transactions during this time. I have owned several **** County based business and been an active member of the community since I moved here in ****. My wife and I plan to list our home as soon as possible, but this individual and his son are attempting to harras and intimidate vendors at my homes that are doing needed exterior work to get it market ready.  While I understand you need to reply to the "consumer"  I fear for my family's safety and worry that he will retaliate violently upon receiving this reply.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call my directly at ************ or my wife **** at ************
