This company continually solicits door to door in my neighborhood multiple times a month, even though it is clearly marked at the front of my neighborhood, no soliciting. The sales people are extremely pushy and rude.

In response to *************************** complaint. We inspected her home at her her husband's request on 3/16/2024 and he asked that we follow up with him in response to him filing a claim to have his insurance company come out and look at the roof. We are doing work for several of her neighbors and and the sales guys were just trying to get back in touch with her husband at his request and have not had any luck. The roof is still missing shingles and the guys were simply trying to help.
I called ********************** within 1 hour of her calling the office to complain about the door knocks and had a great conversation with her. I apologized for the untimely knocks on her door. I gave her my personal cell phone number so she could reach out to me at anytime.
