Box ****** *******, ** 30374-0256 Recently, I did on investigation on my credit report and found several items on there to be inaccurate.Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e (b)Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.15 U.S. Code 16811(5)Treatment of Inaccurate or unverifiable information (A)In general if, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall-)promptly delete that item of Information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and il)promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of tho consumer.Please remove the following items from my credit report, immediately:Accounts:FAIR COLLECTIONS & OUT- This account is being reported inaccurately, please remove this from my credit report immediately

      First of all, we do not report things to the credit bureaus.  All of our business is completed with credit cards.

      Second, we cannot find any records in our ordering system for this person.  we also have no record of their email in our system.

      This is an incorrect allegation.

      I purchased a indigo blue with yellow stripe on the front spoiler dodge challenger **** pack wide body 2020 from fairfield collectibles for a fathers day when i was in fla to be shipped to my ** address at a cost o f$72.75 shipping and taxes Upon returning to ** the box contained a plum purple **** pack I talked (not friendly on both accounts) to three people who said i had to return the car and pay for the shipping and would only receive the cost of the car $54.99 Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income and they want me to eat the cost of shipping to ny plus the return ($25.90 plus the tax $4.81 for a produce i didint order and was sent something different. Id like a total refund is all , of $72.75 in a check with a return label to send the purple one back My son wont get his gift and this disabled veteran can recoup the money for something i was sent in error Simple business ethics takes care of customers to final satisfaction as its totally wrong on the sellers party Please help me out and i dont want to talk to anyone in that company again thanks

      Customer placed a web order on 03/02/23 for item ACM24942. It was delivered Your shipment 1Z1A35R1YW30083014Delivered On Saturday, March 25 at 9:02 P.M. at Front Door. Customer called in on 5/11/23 for the first time to complain about the item he order on the website.

      CUSTOMER CALLED WANTING A LABEL FOR AN ITEM ACM24942 HE ORDER THE WRONG CAR STATES HE DID NOT TRY TO EXPLAIN THAT WE WILL NOT SEND A LABEL FOR WRONG ITEMS PLACED ON LINE. HE WANTED THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY TOLD ME I WILL SEND HIM A LABEL YELLED WITH ********* AND HUNG UP. NO LABEL

Tried to explain our policy and he is using the Lords name in vain and call me a F****** B**** that I'm stupid. Trying to explain policy, he is responsible to return. He hung up again.

      I am rejecting this response because:Its all wrong> I didnt order the wrong item.  the wrong item was sent to me when i was in fla and i opened the package when i returned to ny first part of may  Never said  f...  b...  thats incorrect   hug up yes  second time tryed to explain i didnt order the wrong product   I order a indigo blue with yellow  spoiled strip and received a purple **** wide wide body with y ellow strip  both of which are NO longer on their website how convinient  So  they wont send a full refund with a lable to ship the car back and want me to eat the shipping both ways  ($25.90) for a  wrong item   Its not ever  a good busiiness practice  which i admit i couldnt convince the employee as she kept talking over me and i did  G... D.... in my closing  So again please send me a total refund with shipping and a label for a item i never ordered  and wrong in color  for it WAS suppose to be a father day gift for him   I looked in my garage and my  car is still indigo blue with yellow strippe   not  plum purple  >  PLease just send the check for YOUR failure to send the wrong item and the initial shipping with a label  thanks

      ****************** placed the order himself on our website (See Attached).

      ****************** received what he ordered.

      When he called he was very rude cursing and threatening the woman in my call center.

      There was no error on our part.  we do not send pre-paid return labels for customer created issues.

      The customer needs to return the item as it was not our error.  The image clearly showed a Purple car.

      I am willing to refund him as long as the item is in like new condition in the original packaging.

      The response again is ALL wrong.   I ordered a indigo blue with yellow from spoiler stripe and i received a plum crazy **** with yellow  spoiler stripe.  Simple as that and now they want me to pay the shipping  to my house and the return shipping  $25.90 for something i never ordered  Now  both the blue **** pack and purple **** pack are not on their **** site  How  convient.  What happened to gurantees in ** companies to return products that were send in error?  As a veteran im disappointed in the response and the service  Please , as a ** company just send a full return in a check with a label to return your  miss sent produce  thank you

      I ordered a model ******* for a coworker...to be sent to them at work as a present. After ordering I received an email that I needed to send them an "authorization form" since the model was being sent to a different address (not my home, but to a work address) Understandable...I sent in the signed authorization form...to date the car had not arrived, so naturally I contacted them. Seems that the order was cancelled 4 days AFTER I sent the authorization. That's it, no other explanation.My email to them:" I don't understand. I sent the completed signed authorization on January 2nd, with the notation to let me know what else is needed, but yet the order was cancelled 4 days later? I don't understand, can you please explain?"This was their email response to me:"The order was placed on 12/22/23 and the email for form was sent 12/30 and then we waited until the 1/6/22 to cancel the order. If you want to re-order please call our customer service center and we will happy to help you."I didn't mind their higher pricing since I know my coworker would really enjoy the car, but the utter lack of customer service is amazing. To cancel an order AFTER the required information was sent, makes no sense.

        We never received the sign attachement. The order was canceled per our policy. I have reached out to the customer after locating the item he ordered, and offered to recreate the order and ship their item. I have not received a response. I sent an email and left a voicemail. We are just waiting on the customers decision
