      Not even worth 1 star. The frames are crapthe lenses are blurry, the bifocals are non existent and the transition lenses dont get dark enough to even call them sunglasses! What a rip off. Save your money and go elsewhere!

      This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or money. I purchased prescription sunglasses for $500 and when they arrived they were just thrown in a shipping box allowing them to get scratched. There was no designer box, case or cloth, or even wrapping around the glasses to protect them. Also one of my lenses is blotchy as well. Clearly they do not inspect the glasses before shipping. I have tried contacting customer service through email, live chat, and FB messenger and I am being avoided. No responses from anyone. I am beyond furious with this company. They should be shut down.

      Don't use these them. And definitely do NOT pay the extra $15 for expedited 1-2 day shipping. It's a scam.

      I purchased my glasses through glasses.com. they were the wrong prescription. I sent them as I was promised a full refund. I used my Eyewear benefits for 2021. They gave the money back to the insurance. Now I don't have glasses and my benefits are used up due to your error. I am SOL. YOU PEOPLE ARE AWEFUL!!!!!!! and you lied

      Not a good experience. Was told Id have my glasses in **** business days. I waited 3 weeks then called. They dont let you talk to anyone, you must go through live chat (not a big deal). I explain my situation just trying to check the status as I had not received the promised email telling me when the glasses had shipped so I assumed they hadnt been and wanted to see if there was a problem. The rep was short and rude. She typed out their shipping policy 3x. Then proceeds to tell me they shipped 2 weeks ago. I was worried they were lost in the mail so I just wanted to clarify they had been shipped. She proceeds to rudely tell me she just explained the shipping policy 3x. Yet she was contradicting herself so I was confused. I was polite and pleasant the entire time just trying to see if I should report them missing with the **** but she refused to answer and disconnected me. I was like what the h*** just happened. So I have no glasses, no help and no idea what to do. Its been a horrible experience. I even saved the screen shots to prove to my husband that it wasnt me. Lol. Never again with this company!
