Luxury Level Financial Services claims to be a tax filing business, but I believe it is a scam to set up innocent people like myself and use my personal information to scam me out of money through federal income taxes. This was my first time using Luxury Level Financial Services to file my taxes back in February of 2024 for years 2022 and 2023. I was told that they were going to charge me $150 per year filing, unfortunately for me ****** took most of my 2022 and 2023 tax refund. I was only getting $900 total for both years and I only received $125 total, which doesn't adds up. I emailed ****** many times concerning my issues with her company, but she just ignores me or give me short unprofessional responses. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that's being scammed, but I just want this fraudulent business to be investigated.Business response

At Luxury Level Financial Services, we are committed to transparency and accuracy in all our services. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you may have experienced with your tax filings.
To provide clarity around the events surrounding your 2022 and 2023 tax returns, we notified you via email that both the 2022 and 2023 filing fees would be deducted from your 2023 refund, as it was the larger refund. We provided a detailed breakdown of the fees and your refund amounts for both years. You gave your consent for us to proceed before we submitted your returns. Please review the attached emails for reference.
After filing your 2022 return, the *** determined that you had a past due tax obligation, which resulted in a reduction of your refund. This offset is entirely determined by the *** and is not something within our control. As a result, your 2022 refund was reduced to $18.31. We communicated this information to you, along with the appropriate documentation showing the offset. Please review the attached screenshot of the *** website sharing the status of your return.
