  I am HIGHLY upset and angry with this Practice. I had Chin liposuction in December 2022 with *********** and paid $3,700. A week after surgery, I came in for a post op and they took pictures and said my results look great. Asked me if I could leave a review as I am walking out the door and had the computer open and ready in-front of *********** almost forcing me to leave a review. I left a 5 star review under pressure stating surgery went well & painless, which it did. I felt no pain during surgery.but as far as results I had expressed that I felt fat was left over. *********** told me it was just swelling and I had to wait 6 months for it to be completely gone. Their before and after pictures dont actually reflect REAL results. They Angle you in a certain position to where it seems like theres no fat left over. I came in a month or so later to express my concern of fat being left over STILL. *********** once again stated that it was to soon to see results. I patiently waited those 6 months he kept mentioning to see my final results. 8 months LATER I still have lots of chin fat left, of course some fat was removed during surgery but there was still plenty left over. I go in for a consultation with *********** expressing my concern ONCE AGAIN and asked if we could do a revision. The first thing he said when he came into the room was you know you gained 5 pounds right as if that was the issue to fat being left over when I had made it a MAIN concern since the beginning. I continued to tell him the extra weight was from a previous Breast augmentation surgery that I had a couple weeks ago and I had implants in which add atleast 2-3 pounds extra. I also tried showing him in person on my face how much fat was left over and videos and pictures as I documented my ************* process . He didn't wanna look at them and said we would look at the pictures they took. He kept showing me the 1 week post op pic that they angled me to look good in. Even though a month after surgery I came back in and they took pictures where it shows fat still being left over. He states that its the angle my head is in when i look slightly down at my phoneisn't the whole point of LIPOSUCTION.. to remove fat in all angles.. not just angles that will look good on their website or instagram for others to see and think they do a good job. He just had excuses after excuses for my results, mentioning that he cant control or fix the fat or loose skin that hangs. I am 23 years old .. I don't know how much loose skin someone can have at 23 years old after chin lipo, but it just sounds like an excuse to me. He then proceeded to tell me that I have a fat neck! I asked for a revision quote and I mentioned I know I may have to pay for the anesthesia and OR fees as many other plastic surgeons charge, & They gave me a revision quote of $2,699!!!!! Only taking $1,000 from what I originally paid to have done right the first time. . I know they will try to reply with any good excuse, but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. My surgery Date was 12/19/2022. The Picture on 08/20/2022 was before surgery.. and the picture on 06/09/2022 was AFTER paying $3,700 for chin lipo surgery. 08/15/2023 8 months post op. The other picture is the 1 week post op they took where they angled me to seem like I had good results and posted it on social media.
