Osmose has continually stolen bonus from its employees claiming they don't pay bonus for less than 40 productive hours but make you come to 8 hour safety courses that don't count towards productive they owe me over 700 dollars for this and I would tell anyone not to work for the company at its current state as ******************* is absolutely worthless and they keep making up new jobs to keep him employed. Ty ***** is a great MO and ******************* is a good supervisor other than that the company is going straight to the dumps.

On May 24th 2023, Osmose Utilities Services, *** wrongfully terminated my position and sent me threatening messages for me to leave the hotel, they provided. I left without incident and asked for the ******* to arrange a ride home as I am away from home, ******** was promised but never received and also behind this I was left stranded by the company. I've reached HR numerous of times to gain adequate transportation, but they made excuses about costs and offered a bus ticket that is nowhere near my residence,I have been reaching out everyday to see if I can get adequate transportation home, but I have been told it's nothing they can do,I have been stranded now going on 3 weeks and the company has started to ignore my calls and emails,I have also reached out to the police here and they advised me to reach out to BBB concerning their business practices.

On the morning of 08-16-2022, I heard a truck, so I looked out of my front bedroom window and saw a "OSMOSE" truck parked in the grass at *********************. which is a vacant lot. My guess is he decided to move the truck to the driveway I saw him backup and pull into the street and started backing up. The white guy was instructing him to backup. My yard has a little hill. I was frozen when I saw him on the gas and hit my fence and I heard it buckle. Years ago a tire came off a car and hit the fence on my left and bounce back and hit the end of my fence. It wasn't that big, so I had my son fold that piece to the other. My fence was still standing straight.I thought the guys was going to tell me that they were sorry for hitting my fence, instead they laughed and said my fence was already like that. If my fence was like that I would have torned it down. I told them I was going to call the police and they just smile and said go ahead. When the police arrived , the one that was driving rush to the police. Both of them lied. I file a claim with the company and received a letter dated 08-17-2022 from a *********************** of "OSMOSE" stating they are not respondable because it was pre-exting.. I thought someone would come out and see the tire marks in my yard . He baackup with force and buckle my fence, knocking all of the post loose. This is a company that is allowing their employees to damage other people property and lye about it. I WAS LOOKING AT THEM THE WHOLE TIME. I DIDN'T WANT A NEW FENCE___I WANTED MY FENCE THE WAY IT WAS>

Hello, in October of last year the company by the name of Osmose was going around my town looking at telephone poles in the area checking them for whatever reason. I have a telephone pole on my property. When they went to go check the pole on my property an employee with the company chose to drive through my lawn and garden destroying parts of my garden and leaving deep tire marks in my lawn while in the process of getting to my the pole on my property. The distance from the street to the pole is about 20 ft, they didn't need to drive on my property and damage it at all. I initially spoke to the company and came in contact with a supervisor in the company who came out to my property to inspect the damages and I told him I'm going to get a quote from a landscaper to fix the damages on my lawn. He consented to that. When i contacted him and the company on two separate occasions about the reimbursement of the damages committed on my property they never returned my calls and I've had no success with getting any return calls from them since. I was quoted 600 dollars in damage as a result of their reckless actions by the landscaper and to this day i have not had any response past the initial inspection after the damages. I'd like to see this situation resolved with a check made out to me so i can pay my landscaper to fix the damages. Thank you.

On Wednesday December 8th at approx. 1:30pm, while looking out my front window, I and my friend both witnessed the Osmose Utilities ************ truck #****** run up on my sewer vent line in *******, ** pushing the pipe down like 2 to 3 inches and cocked forward, as shown in the attached photo. I went out and confronted the crew , and the driver (*****) after backing down off my vent pipe came out and apologized to me two times! The company Osmose was contracted by ******* to do pole inspections and pole maintenance. Their risk analyst is taking the word of their crew that there is no damage and reneging on their responsibility for any damage! I need a registered plumber to visually check the line down 9 ft. below ground level with an inspection camera to see if the weight of the truck and the pushing forward of the vent pipe may have damaged the joint below and where the pipe enters the street sewer line! I cannot and will not take the word of crew members that would self incriminate themselves for what happened.
