I paid $16,148.76 and part of the agreement was a free reseal which they scheduled 4 times and never showed or called. Spoke to staff and owner and still no resolution. I want them to do the maintenance on the door which has missing screws, glass vibrating and door not closing properly without much force.Initial Complaint

I purchased an iron door from Park Avenue Entries (PAE) Since installation the door has never closed properly or had a proper seal. *** sent an employee to investigate who found that the right side French Door isnt the match for the other door. The latch on this door doesnt line up with the latch hole on the other door, making it impossible to secure the front door to my house. This is an iron door that needs to be welded. Upon finding this massive mistake and understanding that my door is under warranty, the company is ghosting me. This is the 9th month I have been ignored by PAE. I sent written request for a new door. After exhausted repeated attempts at communication via phone calls and emails, I realize PAE is not standing behind their warrantied product and installation. I retained an attorney with the law firm ******************* and my next step is to file Suit in the Fulton County Court system. I alerted Park Avenue to the same and have, as of the composition of this complaint, have not received any response. This company has been giving me the run around on this door for the years it has been installed. I have 37 emails memorializing my requests/complaints about the ongoing problem to which they also memorials the telephone calls that have gone unreturned. I have been scammed by this company who wont stand behind product and installation of this massive and extremely expensive door. They refuse to address the issue with the door, refuse to respond to my many emails, and wont return my repeated telephone calls. I am filing this with the Better Business Bureau ahead of the lawsuit for which I will ask they also pay attorneys fees and damages in addition to the cost of the door.. *************************** has informed me it is Mr. *********************** of PAE that has chosen not to resolve my issue according the company policy, warranty on the door, or the law of the state of *******. June 19,2019 There is a five year warranty on the door finish They are wanting to charge for repairing $795 The finish is peeling and cracking We think the door may have been defective They are not timely in their responses They came out on February 5th and said the door was more work than they were alloted and left the door unrepaired *********** called assumed the door was repaired asking us to pay...Still waiting on the company to respond
