I hired GA Premium Roofing owned by *************************** to replace my roof on my second home in April 2021 (**************************************). The roof warranty was included. The roof is now showing signs of leaks in several areas. I began reaching out to ******************** by phone and text on June 26, 2024. I shared images of the damage and spoke with him directly about the visible signs of water damage. The home is a ranch and it is clearly a roof issueno chance of plumbing leak. ******************** assured me that he himselfwould come and inspect the roof/damaged anreas and address on 2 separate occasions. He failed to appear each time and has not replied or responded to further contact. The issue is outstanding and my property and its value are being adversely affected by Mr. ********* poor workmanship and lack of response. This is not a small investment when it comes to navigating the process with insurance providers and the expense. There is a clear pattern developing based on ****** Reviews. I also believe a roof installation is a product that does not show signs of poor workmanship immediately, but will over time as in this case.I would like ********************, and his company GA Premium Roofing to stand behind their work and repair the issues regarding the installation of a product he was paid to install. Once repaired agree to have another roofer inspect.Business response

I,(***************************) was made aware of the leak going on at your investment property. I immediately asked for the tenant information so I could coordinate with her and she wasnt able to meet me for the first week that I was available. The following week I appointed one of our subs to be there on Monday because I would be working out of town in ***** GA for the week. My sub contractor didnt make the appointment and I wasnt aware until ************** left me a voicemail. I have now contacted the tenant and shes out of town for work. At this time I have made an appointment with ************** so i can meet him there 7/22/2024 at 4 pm. I will personally be there and ***** the damage properly. I would like to point out that we havent been running away from our responsibility to honor our warranty. I have tried many times to get out there to ***** this damage and our schedules have been challenging which is why it hasnt happened. You can rest assured that we will honor your warranty.
