Person by the name of ******* took a payment of $1124 to fix my car. He was supposed to order two Cadillac converters the left and right side and complete a tuneup on the car during the process he was given the Vin number, but he bought the wrong part which means I had to wait a little longer for him to get the correct parts. But it took so long and the part never came so I towed my car to the dealership to get it fixed by professional when it got there they told me that ****** disassembled everything underneath the hood and that it will take over five hours to reassemble, which was about $800 worth of labor Once the car was diagnosed .****************** told me what was initially wrong with the car was the Cadillac converter, but The dealership did not find that diagnostic. I have tried to reach out to him to get a refund, but he is completely ignoring me. I tried to reach out from a different number, and a lady answered the phone and said I had the wrong number when it was clearly the website number Ive had my sister call and leave a message still nothing I need my money so that I can pay the dealership so I can get my car he never completed the tuneup on the car either he had someone come over to my home and say that he completed the tuneup but he never did and I have receipts to back that up I paid another individual to do the tuneup and that was over $400 to get all the spark plugs and everything once he changed everything they were old spark plugs so he did not complete the tuneup but they would of charge me, Had I not hired someone to do the tuneup
