  Freeman Heating and Air /Duct Cleaning, were assigned to a job for my " electric dryer" by my home warranty company Cinch (***************************************************************** 33431)formally Countrywide. Freeman Heating and Air sent their Technician out on December 8th 2021 to come out and assess the issue with the dryer. I explained that the one and only issue with the dryer was that it wasn't heating. The technician scanned the dryer for the issue wrote up an invoice listing the heating element and advised that he would contact the warranty company and give them the details and try and locate the part for the dryer because the serial and model number had become smudged and unable to see because of the condensation over the years that removed the info. I was contacted with an appointment for the technician to return do repair. Long story short, the inexperience technician pulled the entire dryer apart and apparently didn't know how to put it back together and that left me with a dryer smelling like something was burning inside, making a " loud" screeching noise, and the tech left with the dryer having more issue after he attempted to repair it and would not hold himself accountable. He wanted me to call the warranty company and tell them that there is something else wrong with the dryer when he knew that he had done the damage, he left screws on the floor and the dryer now doesn't turn the clothes, overheats and shuts off. Cinch would not send another company the insisted that Freeman return and follow up, Freeman told Cinch they would send a senior tech but actually sent the same tech out with an assistant. The assistant gets behind the dryer without taking it all apart and says it's the belt and the pulley, this is from the work of the initial inexperience Tech. they take the belt say they'll return and never return. Freeman called my dryer in as not repairable and never told me. It was as if they had done this before and dodged the fixing the dryer the tech destroyed.
