My clients purchased their home in ********************* and had it build by dream finders in 2016 They have been trying to get their kitchen cabinets and all cabinets in bathrooms replaced because only a few years into living there ALL cabinets started to bubble and fall apart. The builders said sorry your out of warranty. I called for them and they past me along to ************************ who then past me along to the maker of the cabinets which is Master Brand Cabinets , cabinet type ins VanWyke White. They do not have a working phone number and no response to emails. These cabinets were provided and paid for by dreamfinders and they are discontinued due to this problem and Dreamfinders refuses to do anything about it. I have had to help get clients out of contracts with them and for my own home as they make false promises, fluff contracts with mis information until you go to design center and realize that everything you were sold was lie. They make false commitments and have told clients walls are up and when you go to the site its dirt. They then keep your deposit and move onto the next victim. They rush builds and over commit and throw c*** inside them ,,, example these cabinets, and then ignore you once you have given them your money. My clients need these cabinets replaced ASAP.
