On or about the first week of February, 2024. Repairs were to be completed on my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. There was an oil leak. This needed cleaning up. Mean while I'm waiting for my 2nd car, 2003 Jaguar, to be repaired. (has been in this shop now for over a year.) I'm going there every time I'm told to come back. Finally after a month past promised date. I pick up the Van on Thursday and I noticed the went back Friday because the oil light was still on nd the van was till running badly. His ***** was not there but his son said that I should wait until it settle. Even though I've just paid $374.00. i trusted them. That Sunday on my way from church this car broke all the say down and had to be towed to the nearest shop where I was told that the motor was blown. I contacted ***** before taking it there and was told that he was on his way to *********. He knew that I have dialysis and needed transportation. Not only did he leave me in this situation ,but he did not even contact me when he returned, I was having my daughter pick me up in ********* and taking me to Mt. Zion for treatments and picking me up 4 hours later to get me home. My daughter is my mother's care giver. She had to leave her home.I have approached ***** several time simply asking for my money back and receipts and he never gives them to me. Now I'm asking for; my $374.00, $2,500.00 (loss of my 2005 T&c van and my Jaguar)I end up having to purchase a car on March 13, 2024. Please help me...
