I had no problems with this company until I paid off the loan. Once I paid off the loan I have been unable to get them to send in the paperwork to ***** to show that my loan has been paid in full. Florida DMV has put in 4 requests to have them go online and process the necessary paperwork to show that I paid off the loan so that I can get my vehicle tagged and registered. For almost 6 months I have had no tag on my vehicle because of the lack of cooperation from this company. Their only answer to me has been that they don't know how to go online to show that this account has been paid in full despite the fact that 3 different employees from FLDMV had offered to help guide them and give them instructions on how to do it. FLDMV has an account number for their business and they said that this company has not had a problem in the past providing verification that other loans have been satisfied and paid in full so why am I not able to have the same consideration? I am recently widowed and this is my only vehicle and I am not able to have it legally tagged due to their inability to provide proper proof of my loan being satisfied. I have spoke with the managers at the Rome location, and I got no help. Matter of fact the manager assured me it would be resolved and I never even got a call back! Once again, I had to put in several more calls to get a response. The only person who ever helped me was ***** and from what I can tell she is the only person who does anything there! She is the only one who has returned my calls, she is the only one who would talk with the DMV and she was the only one willing to even try to solve this problem. My "account manager" **** who I have only talked to once in the two years I was a customer for them, his only response to me was " I don't know how to do it". I have been working in customer service my whole life and never would I tell a customer I don't know how to do something! I would figure it out! Somebody knows how to do it there! Please!
