This place is a scam place they made a fake report on my car when none of the things that they said was not true on the report I had my car towed in cuz my car wouldn’t go in in drive or reverse so they so called said I had a stuck solenoid then days later I they said my transmission is burnt up inside and I need a new one that’s 8,100 then said my car running hot and radiator that was about 750 so I was like give me my car back cuz I felt like they was lying cuz my car never ran hot and nothing was leaking and top it off they said I was low on my transmission fluid that cause my transmission to burn LIES….. I let my dad look at my car and come to find out my I just needed a transmission fluid Change and my transmission filter and I was not low on my fluid I had a bucket and a half of fluid come out and since I had that change my car rides fine and save 8,600 dollars that they tried to get !!!! "Your Job is Your Credit" ad on Facebook Marketplace is a ploy. 2010 Ford Expedition now listed for $9995 cash, previously listed at $8999, 131000 miles, although Kelly Blue Book indicates this vehicle at one time sold at auction, two rear end collisions, and value $4999 to $5999. Texting with sales person, Eddie, pushing me for completing a credit application, said he'd seek approval from his manager to a price of $6k; that never happened. He later advised should be get approval, this would be a cash only transaction as no bank would loan on a #6k vehicle. Eddie continued pushing me to their website to identify another, more expensive vehicle I might be interested in that might be financed. Any vehicle fitting my needs was well over 200000 miles. One of Eddie's last texts to me was, "Realize the economy your in, Bucko, and fix your credit". I stand by my initial impression that was so offensive to Eddie, "Your Facebook Marketplace ad is a scam". I plan to inundate Facebook Marketplace to save others from this scam. "Your job is your credit", yet zero interest in my job, my income, and first step, I was being pushed to a credit application. I did my homework and this dealership is sleezy robbing the customer.

The company charges rediculous prices until the threat of taking somewhere else surfaces. They will not cover anything that happens in their property stating it is impossible for certain incidents to happen on their lot.. upon getting my truck back from service a whopping 6,000 dollars later, I find that all of my wires on the inside of my truck had been chewed on chewed in half. Rats nest under my rear seat. I called the service department and complain even took pics up there 30 mins after leaving the lot the 1st time. They swear it is impossible due to the amount of cars and this being the first time they have seen anything like this. Will not honor the repair of my wires which cost me a whopping 400 dollars to replace. This is sad that they think nothing happens up there or they think they are just too clean for a rat to approach their business. Maybe gone day they will come down to earth and realized rats are are more sneaky and live in built nest in the oddest places. After this review I will be taking extra steps in getting the correct treatment as all else would

The worst part about them is the Service department. I came in to have my car looked at for a knocking/tick noise (hemi tick) I waited for 3 hours to make sure it got looked at. The service paper said “No noise detected” and stated they did a multi-point inspection. I record the noise with a phone and have the Service rep and manager listen to the car and the phone in front of me. The Service manager says it’s not loud enough and to just drive it until it gets worse. Two days later my car gets an overheat signal. Coolant is sprayed all over the inside of my engine bay. I call and let the Service department know and they say to tow it there, which I do. Cost me $148. I drop it off mid day Thursday, they say they will look at it at 10am Friday. I call Friday at noon and ask about it, the Service Manager says they’re still looking “into it” and he will call later, no call occurs. I call this morning on Saturday at 0900am and get told I will get a call a little later, no call occurs, I call at around 11am and a rep picks up the phone and asks the service manager about my car. he (service manager says in the background) “Is that (my name)? Tell him I’ll call him a little later”. At this point the Rep tells the Service Manager “You said that to him twice already and once this morning.” The Service Manger says nothing and the Rep on the phone apologizes. He states I’ll get a call this afternoon. No call. I call the Service Department at 3:00pm and nobody picks up after 12 rings. I hang up and call again and still no answer. I call a third time to Sales who pick up immediately (obviously) and states that the Service department closes at 3:30pm (it being 3:12pm) and that they’re probably all spread out. I say can you just walk back there? (40 feet away) because I know they’re back there. He hands the Service Manager the phone. I said “I want to know the status of my car” he says the tech wasn’t here today and didn’t input anything in the computer, find out Monday.
