Plus I know people who was mechanics at this place who got paid for doing recalls/work on vehicles they never did I wouldn't ever recommend buy GM PRODUCT OR USING ANY OF THERE PARTNERS THEY DONT CARE WHO KNOWS THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP. The vehicle with the issue is a 2014 year model with 199,000 miles on it.  We have never worked on the vehicle before but we checked out the vehicle and advised him that the transmisison was faulty. The warranty on the vehicle from the manufacturer had obviously expired many years ago.  We do unfortunately have to charge poeple for time and work that is performed on vehicles.  In this case we performed multiple tests to confirm the transmisison needed to be replaced, which takes time.

Purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra from dealership this year and the brakes have gone out and need to be replaced. The truck has been at the dealership since Friday, November 11, 2022, I am being told that a mechanic has been assigned to it and I am not being told what is going on with the repair situation. The truck has a warranty and I purchased an extended warranty. I would like someone to call me and let me know what is going on and when I can expect my truck to be repaired and returned to me.

Mr. ****** picked up his truck on 11/21/22 and we have finished all repairs. It was a brake sensor that needed replacing. We had to wait on the availability of the part, which gave us a week long delay in repairing his vehicle. Unfortunately supply chain issues on parts are quite common with all manufacturers. We certainly hope he is pleased with his new GMC SEIRRA and if we can be of service in the future, please let us know.

My vehicle is still covered under warranty. On July 23 2022 the fan belt broke and damaged some air conditioning wiring. I had the vehicle towed to the dealer Monday July 25 2022. I spoke with a service representative and was informed it would be September before they could even diagnos it. This seems like an excessive amount of time just to diagnos the vehicle. I was told they could not order parts until it was diagnosed. Thus extending my wait even longer with the current parts shortage. My truck is essential to my bussiness any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, we are getting vehicles in as fast as possible.  There are only so many we can do on a daily basis.  If you need to get the vehicle transferred to another location we understand completely.

I purchased a new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado LT Z71 on May 3rd, 2021. The truck currently has 35,000 miles on it. For the past five months, I have experienced an issue with the truck misfiring. As well as a significant oil leak that appears to be coming from the oil pan gasket. (Not sure). I initially took my truck to the purchasing dealer (Riverside GMC Chevrolet in Rome, GA). They were unable to diagnose the issue with the misfire. They had my truck for one week. Upon receiving my truck, it seemed to be back to normal even though the service department told me nothing had been done to the truck. Fast forward a month or so, the issue returned, and I took it to a dealer closer to my work, Adventure GMC in Dalton, GA. They could see the problem and documented it, but I have been waiting five weeks now for them to have me bring it in to remedy the issue with no expected repair date. Since then, my truck has been stuck in Reduced Power Mode and will only allow me to drive 55 mph max. The truck violently shakes when driving, and it could be causing abnormal wear and tear on other parts of the vehicle. In Reduced Power Mode, the truck does not enter regeneration mode which will cause a very expensive DPF filter to clog and need replaced. I contacted Chevrolet Corporate, and they told me they could only offer rental reimbursement of $40 something per day, but I would need to pay upfront. Due to the current vehicle market, no rental company even has an option around that price. Not to mention, I would need to come out of pocket to cover the initial cost plus any cost Chevrolet does not reimburse. This entire situation is unacceptable for a truck of its value and cost. I would like the BBB to help resolve this matter as soon as possible because I ultimately have a $60k truck that I cannot depend on, and it seems it could be several months before I have a reliable vehicle.
