My name is ********* ****** *****, and I am filing this complaint for my *********** ****** *****. I took her to this Alliance Home medical store in July of 2022 (08-02-2022) to purchase a lifted chair. At the time they were on sale. She places a $300.00 deposit on the chair. We were told it would take 90 days to have it made and sent to Us. We waited to hear from them in November of last. At the beginning of December, we stopped by the store and canceled the purchase because they were not being upfront with Us. I've requested a refund for the chair on several occasions from the store manager **** ******. The Last request was on 2-21-2023.Business response

After reviewing this complaint, it was discovered that the refund request was sent to the wrong address and department. I have resent this patient refund request to the correct address and department and asked them to expedite this request. It should take no longer than 2-3 weeks. I will follow up in 2 weeks for the status and will also be in communication with the customer. We certainly apologize for this delay as it was not intentional. Thank you.Customer response
