I bought a ac window unit from ****** **** ***** who owns exquisite furniture! He advertised that it worked but had some outer cosmetic damage to it! It is a brand new window unit, I got it home installed it and tan it for about thirty minutes or so and it wasn’t blowing cold! I messaged him, it was ten pm and sent a few more after that! He saw the messsages in the am but didn’t respond so I asked him if he was going to respond to me He did and was very rude and unprofessional stating that the ac worked he tried it out and everything replied with it does work yes but does not blow cold at all! Upon further inspection the cooper tube running from the compressor to the condenser is broken and he will not reimburse me or help me get another one or anything he was very rude stating he has been in business ten years and never had a complaint I have no reason to lie about this I’m out two hundred for the unit and fifty for gas in a friends vehicle that day! So I have no ac now nor any money to buy oneBusiness response

In regards to the above mentioned case,
I have the entire interaction saved and documented. At no time was I ever rude or disrespectful the lady. I only stated, that the Air Conditioner she purchased had be tested, everything worked and it was blowing cold. When she messaged me, She sent some type of picture Which I couldn't make out. So I responded that I didn't know what it was or what could have happened as when the Air Conditioner was in my possession, it worked great. She then started threatening me saying she was going to call the police and leave bad reviews. She even sent me a picture of where she opened the air conditioner. Everyone knows that taking products apart voids the manufacturer's warranty. From the picture, the pipe appeared to have been cut, which can not happen under normal circumstances.
I got contacted by a stranger telling me that the lady had made a video on social media bad-mouthing me and my business.
I refuse to be bullied by anyone. I have a long reputation for treating my customers with respect and fairness. But I do understand that their some people who will go to great lengths to scam businesses.
