Summary - The installation of the floor was not done right, I contacted them over 10 times to try to get it repaired, and they promised to come out to fix it multiple times but never came out or notify me that they needed to reschedule. I asked for a partial refund to fix the floors, but they refused giving me some excuse about it being wear and tear when they did not even come out to physically look at it once. I have pictures and invoice.- They tore up pieces of my wall which I understand happens. I asked them to fix it, they said they would, 4 missed appointments to fix it later I just gave up and fixed it myself. I stayed in constant contact with the Office Manager / Coordinator but sill missed appointments one after another and no notification either. - The labor was suppose to cover 2 year and the materials had a 5 year warranty. From day one after the installation the floors were still cricking (didn't know at the time but it was because when I step on the floors the panel were lifting off the glue). I was told it just needed a few days for the floors to settle. 2 years+ later it is still cricking. Again I informed the company, again I was promised someone would be out to fix it, and again broken promises about someone coming out to fix it. It took them over a MONTH just to get me on the schedule and that's because I keep constantly contacting them.- The some floor panel crack because they were not sticking to the ground and there was a slight lift in the panel. I sent multiple pictures over as proof and they said it was covered and did not even show up to look at it. - As a reasonable person who tried multiple times (more than 10) to give them a chance to fix as that's what they promised. I asked for a partial credit so I can fix it since they obviously didn't want too from all the miss appointments and lack of communication. Instead of working with me they try to blame it on wear and tear but I how would they know that if they didn't even come out.
