Paid $5500 for the initial install of heating / AC system on 1/27/2023.Discovered AC wasn't working as of 4/4/2023.Paid an addition $1450 for new lines on 5/5/2023. Still no AC in the upstairs of my home. I am told they will come and they don't come or put it off to another day over and over and once one issue is "fixed" there is always something else. I want them to refund my money so I can pay another company to put in another system or prioritize my repair and fix it once and for all. I contacted them on 4/4/2023 with the complaint of no AC and now it is 5/11/2023 and I still do not have AC in the upstairs of my home. Details of interactions are in the attached files. I have a log of text message I can include as well.I let them know today that it needed to be fixed or I would have no choice but to file a complaint and now they aren't answering my calls.Initial Complaint

Ace & A **************************** has been a long-time service provider for my family and me. I didn't hesitate to call them when my home system needed service. They sent someone the very next day (Friday, 4/15), which is when I was told that I needed a new furnace and compressor for my upstairs. I wrote a check for $5,000 and was told the install crew would arrive the following Tuesday. Ace & A **************************** deposited my check on Tuesday, 15 April, and after multiple calls from me to them and promises that they were "on the way," no one ever showed up. Service was rescheduled for Friday, 22 April, at 12:30pm. A self-described "learner" showed up at 2:30pm, but he advised he could do no work until "the boss" arrived. A second and third employee arrived together at approximately 8:30pm that evening and they remained until 10:30pm that evening. Nothing was installed, no equipment was removed, but everything was disconnected and rendered unusable. We rescheduled service for Monday, 25 April, at 10am. The same "learner" arrived at 2:30pm and continued to advise that he could do no work until the boss arrived. He sat in his Ace & A branded truck in the driveway watching ******* videos. I continued to call several times and was promised twice that the rest of the crew was "15 to 30 minutes away." I finally asked the "learner" to leave at 6:30pm. At this point I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Their voicemail box is full, preventing any ability to leave messages. Meanwhile my family continues to endure the lack of proper HVAC in our home.
