      I placed my order on August 27th for a preservation for my wedding flowers, communication with ****** was great through out the process, the day after my wedding I sent my bouquet and a few days later ****** confirmed she received them. After that it was radio silence, I couldnt get ahold of her for updates, eventually Etsy refunded me, but I was out the $70 for shipping and my bouquet was gone forever. Dont not buy from this seller.

      I hired ***************************** in September of 2021 through Etsy to put together a shadow box containing my wedding flowers, handkerchief, and bouquet charm. The correspondence was great at first, and they seemed very thorough, but things started moving slower than expected. I spoke to the owner in January, and she said she had been sick and that was the cause for the delay. I have tried contacting her multiple times since and havent heard back. Both the bouquet and the handkerchief are family heirlooms, and at this point all I want is for them to be returned to me. Etsy has already refunded the cost of the shadow box, but all I care about is getting the hanker chief and charm back.

      On 8/5/21, on Etsy, I pre ordered a frame with which my preserved wedding bouquet would be in. I got married 10/23/21 and my mother shipped my wedding bouquet the following Monday. My mom talked to the owner, Corrie, through text and even on the phone. According to Corrie's instructions, we were supposed to receive updates along the way. On 12/28/21, my mom texted Corrie about an update. She responded that she had dealt with some family deaths but was trying to get my order shipped that very week. A few more weeks went by and we heard nothing. On 2/16/22, we contacted Corrie again, with no response. Since then, my mother and I, both, have called, emailed, and texted Corrie multiple times with no response. Etsy was able to refund me the $106 I paid for the item, but we are still out $55 for shipping my boutique in the way Corrie wanted it shipped. BUT, it is not really about the money for me. It is the fact that she has one of the most sentimental items from the most important day of my life and now that is just gone.

      On October 2, 2022 I placed an order for my wedding bouquet to be preserved for $128.40. I paid $150.00 for my bouquet and $32.19 to ship my bouquet to the business via **** I was supposed to receive my product at the end of December. I reached out to the seller in November after hearing nothing to confirm my bouquet arrived, which she assured me it did and said she was working on it. In January, the seller refused to answer any of my multiple messages asking for my bouquet and closed her Etsy shop from which I ordered. I messaged her personal accounts privately asking if I could pay for the shipping to have my wedding bouquet sent **** to me since it was sentimental. She disabled comments on all of her social media sites after I commented asking about my order. The seller received my product and scammed me.

      I found this business online and agreed to pay them to design a pressed frame of our wedding bouquet. We paid 150 and paid 21 dollars to ship the bouquet from ******** to Georgia. After about a month I began checking in with the business about the status of my order. After only responding once, the business never responded again. I have spent the last few months on working reaching out to them over social media, *************** phone, and email. I was able to get Etsy to protect my purchase and refund me the money. However, the business is still in possession of my wedding bouquet.
