      My dispute is with Amigo Fence and Stain LLC.I paid this company $1200 to preclean and stain my wood privacy fence.My fence was installed 2-7-2022 and had no paint or stain on it.On 5-25-2022 this company's painter did a horrendous, unprofessional and non quality stain job on my fence.The painter's application of stain to my fence resulted in dark streaked marks on fence, coverage of stain on fence was not uniformed.Some areas of fence have heavily applied stain, and other areas have minimal stain or no stain.I have received complaint via phone call from my H.O.A. because of horrendous appearance of stain on my fence.My husband and I informed company's owner ******,of her painter's failed stain job.****** told us to wait a week for stain to dry.She would have a painter to come back out to apply a coat of stain to section of fence where stain is light and that was all.My husband and I did not agree to this method.Due to the painter's failed stain job the whole fence needed to be corrected.On 6-2-2022.I sent company 2 emails concerning this. I requested that fence consultant come view my fence and access company's painter's failed stain job.Before company did anything else to my fence.I got no response.I sent pictures of the painter's failed stain job in 6-2-2022 emails also.On 6-11-2022 I emailed the company to request that company's painters remove their painter's failed application of stain from my fence. ON 6-13-2022 my husband and I spoke with owner of company ****** concerning this request. ****** was rude and irate. She yelled at us that stain cannot be removed from wood. ****** yelled at us that she did not have to honor contracts warranty for stain services that Amigo Fence Stain LLC warrants that technician will perform stain serivces in a good and workmanlike manner on page 3. ****** yelled at us that she would no longer talk to us.To contact her lawyer. ****** did not give us her lawyers information when asked. I am asking for a full refund of $1200.

      We schedule an appointment to re touch, sand, and if needed use a roller or brush. The client cancelled because of husband work schedule. We schedule a second time and client canceled appointment and requested full refund or to remove the stain completely and threatened us to file a law suit.

      The fencing company put the gate in front of one of my garage door lights causing the light to be inside of the gate instead. I reached out to the representative, Stephon. He came to my property and stated that it was an oversight that he did not catch and neither did I. I told him I would try to be okay with it, but wasnt. A few days later I contacted him by email stating I would like the gate to be moved after all. He avoided me up until today. Today he stated it would be $500 to move the gate if thats all the work I wanted to have done, but it would be $250 for the gate to be moved behind the light if I agreed to purchase staining for the fence which would be an additional cost of $910 for a total of $1,160. I told him that I did not want to stain the fence. He repeated that it would be $500 for the fence only then. I let him know I would be filing a complaint with you all regarding this matter. I am willing to pay $125 only for the fence to be moved behind the light. I did not notice the issue, but the company should have. I was not told about it until the gate was completed which is why one of the skates is cut much shorter than the others. I originally paid $1590 to have the fence installed. Thank you.

      We installed client fence February 2021 it was installed to clients desire. The process to move ******** includes new material and labor. The price for stain have changed from a year ago.

      I am rejecting this response because I only need the gate to be switched from in front of the light to behind it.

      Since neither of us noticed the issue until ******** was installed, Im willing to pay half of $250 to have it moved.Its approximately 10 to 12 inches to do so.

      I love the work that was done. It is nice and even. Id still recommend this company to others and I have actually done so.

      ************* a positive relationship by coming to a feasible solution.Again, I am willing to pay 1/2 of the quoted price of $250.

      Also, to reiterate, I am not interested in staining my fence at this time.

      We installed gate aligned with her driveway to clients desire. There is a cost of material and labor to make changes to a fence installed one year ago.

      I am rejecting this response because I contacted the company timely and requested the change. The fence was well within warranty when the request was made. I also have an email supporting my request. If there is no compromising from the company then please let me know so that I may move forward in a different direction.

      You provided us an estimate from a different fence company with the exact location of the gate (we have on record). We walked the property with you. We installed your gate to the exact location signed on Fence Contract and to the alignment of your driveway when we completed the job you were satisfied and paid in full.  As stated on the contract our Labor warranty extends for a period of one year from the date of completion. However what you are asking for now is a Change of Order not because of our labor but because you decided to move ********. What you are requesting has a fee for material, labor and requires a new contract. We will no longer respond to this claim. You may proceed as you please.

      I am rejecting this response because the company placed the gate in front of the light instead of behind it. I requested ******** be moved after it was brought to my attention and the representative did not do so. When I met with the representative recently, the representative attempted to strong arm me into purchasing additional services along with moving ******** for a reduced fee. When I refused the additional services, the representative stated that the minimum amount the company comes out for is $500 and if I only wanted ******** to be moved then the price would be $500 to complete the work.

      I had a wooden privacy fence and 2 gates as well as a coated chain link fence installed around my back yard and paid $6119 to Amigo Fence and Stain; 4/29/2021 $3059.50 by card and balance of $3059.50 was paid by check on 5/5/2021. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed that one of the gates was dragging on the concrete of the sidewalk and had tilted out at the bottom. The bottom hinge has bent and is pulling the screws out of the gate. We are unable to use the gate at this time. The company was called and we were instructed to submit pictures of the gate to the company via email. This was done on 8/25/2021. We didn't hear anything from the company so we called to inquire about when to expect someone to arrive to repair the fence. We were assured that someone would be there, over the next few days, to make the repairs. It is now 11/29/2021 and after several phone calls and missed appointments, the repairs have not be done. I would like for this company to honor their warranty on their work and repair the gate.
