On September 22, 2022, the business responded to BBB. After reviewing the information provided, BBB determined that the claims at hand were not substantiated.BBB requested that the business modify advertising claims to reflect available substantiation or discontinue a large number of advertised
claims.
Notably, the business has not conducted any product testing on its products and referred to several studies which would not constitute competent and reliable scientific substantiation.

"Patients discontinue prescription or over the counter pain medication"
"Pain was decreased 50-100%"
"Patients avoid joint replacement"
BBB's Code of Advertising states, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers
should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such
substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB."
Section 34 of BBB's Code of Advertising also states, "Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product
or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data."
As of October 10, 2022, the above advertising claims remain unsubstantiated. BBB urges consumers to speak with a
licensed medical professional before doing business with QC Kinetix.
