On July 23, I purchased a car from trademark auto sales and it was a ****** Rogue SV2012 I paid them $3500 for the car. They stated that there was no issue with the car and they gave me a 90 day warranty, not even 24 hours later the car Stalled and I took to an auto mechanic and he said this car definitely needs its transmission repaired soon after I contacted the warranty that they told me would replace any issue that happened to the car and there was a $500 coverage. Also, the car dealership is not answering the phone to even try to rectify the issue when I did get in contact with someone, they said they would call me back. They were in court.

Prior to selling this vehicle it was tested on the road and customer also test drove the vehicle. The vehicle didnt give us any problems passed inspections with flying colors.  We also provided him with a 90 day warranty from a third party. The vehicle was sold as is!

Bought a car from Trademark Auto Sales. It's a **** ***** Accord. I was told that the ONLY thing the vehicle needed was an oil change. So, I go through the process of purchasing, saw red flags that I overlooked. First, wanted payment through *****, asked for **** app once that failed. Only after both options failed did she finally just run my card. They then towed the car to my house. I first thought it was because they didn't want me to drive them back to their city, but it now makes sense as to why they did that. The purchase was done on Saturday June 17, 2023. On June 20, 2023 I took the car to my best mechanic. I trust this shop with everything. They revealed that the car needs $3000 worth of repairs done to it. When I contacted seller, they told me it was all regular maintenance, and one item is only being said because the "mechanic wants money." When my mechanic saw this, they almost started rolling on the floor they were laughing so hard. I'm not mechanically inclined, but I know that only one thing on the list could be considered "regular maintenance." I just want my money returned. I know used vehicles will not be perfect, but the price paid should not be less than amount of money needed to repair it right away.

I purched a car 09/01/2022. I paid $3,237.32 plus $100 for emissions on the car. The vehicle I purchased from Trade Mark **** shows on the paperwork that I paid in full. It shows that I paid for the Ad Valorem tax, tag and title with a zero balance left. She and I signed. I bought the car in September and I still have not received my tag nor the title and now she will not take any of my calls.I also see that this is a common practice for this business.
