  This is a 24 year old debt that was bought by h and a credit group. I've paid towards this debt and they have a line attached to my house in which I understand they had a right to do. My only problem is now that I'm about to sell that property they are telling the title company the bill is higher and are not giving me credit for what I've already paid. They ate telling the title company I owe close to **** and a few months back he was willing to settle front me owing at that time **** to 600 bow he has tripled the amount.

  Yes it true we offered a settlement on May 18, 2023 for the consumer to settle with no interest and court cost and of the principal   However the consumer never followed through and we did not hear anymore about this debt until a mortgage company called about 2 week ago requesting a pay off.
  So all court cost and interest was reinstated. 
  However, we spoke to the consumer on October 30, 2023 and agreed once again to remove the interest and court cost.   In exchange she  agreed to withdrawal her complaint.

  You H&A Credit Corporation have violated my Rights pursuant 12 CFR ****.34(c).
  You Failed to provide all the required Documentation as per my request under the new rule Regulation F and Validation of debt.
