None of the employees greeted any of the guests in the lobby. I came here before **** to pickup an order & after about 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby, no one placed my pickup on their pickup rack. Following another customers complaint, the manager ***** went on a loud & unprofessional rant. I refused to oblige ***** in what she was complaining about from her previous interaction & asked her to do less running her mouth & more working so we could leave. Then ***** started referring to us insubordinately as ********************* After this ***** refused to release the customers food to me & asked me to leave. I left & as I was writing this a review in the parking lot, ***** took the liberty to call the police on me. So the officer escorted me inside & she identified herself as the manager, then told the officer that she was refusing to release anymore orders to me.Initial Complaint

I placed a mobile order and headed to MacDonalds and notified them on 11/3/22 I was in the parking lot. The drive they had 3 or 4 at the time and I just thought since I had placed the order already it would be quicker to do curbside. I received a email my order was placed at 8:58 pm and someone should be out in about 5 min. I waited until 9:09 pm and inside to be told drive thru Id priority, then she went down the line to mentioned also Door-dash, Uber would be completed first then me. I felt like I was penalized for having them bring my food and said I would have gone thru drive-thru if I had known. The girl said they were waiting on my Bic Mac so I hung up to wait. I sat there until 9:25 pm, it had been nearly 30 min for a Big Mac, fry & a ****************. I called inside again for the girl to yell at me saying it been only 10 min and they are waiting on fries, I told her it had been longer than ten min and I had phone logs. 9:29 pm a girl came out with a bag only, no drink. I rolled down the window and told her it not right how they treat people not knowing what they are goin thru and they would not want to be treated that way and also I had ordered a ****************. The girl just turned, went back in and I waited 5 more min for the manger to come out and start telling me in her word I did the most by calling and saying what I did - although I couldnt figure out what I had said wrong. I was yelled at, made to wait for a Bic Mac, fry and a drink for almost 40 min. I tried to tell her I said nothing wrong but she said she was standing right next to her, which I knew was a lie cause I s aid nothing and her worker did the most talking telling me how drive thru came first and yelled at me the second time I called.so I knew she was lying. The manager proceeded to tell me to go thru drive thru next time which I would have if I knew or if the girl just said- go thru drive they now. I told her point blank- if she would have told me I would have and why was she yelling at me!
