I purchased a puppy from ********************* of Elegant Protectors in 2021. The pup was supposed to come with registration paperwork, and I have yet to receive the documents. *** called, texted, and emailed with ****, but still no paperwork. Initially, he stated the paperwork was delayed, then that he would send a link for me to access the paperwork. Next came excuses that he was out of town. After that, he stopped responding all together. My pup was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, and I believe as a result of poor health within the bloodline. All of which could have been identified early on if the paperwork had been provided. Ive spoken with other clients who have purchased pups from the litter and some after, that have had the same issues. I tried again just this week to contact **************** via email, but no response. He is a poor businessman! The address on his profile is not accurate. His breeding business is operated out of his home in ************, **., not ******, **. I have proof of his poor customer service, a screenshot of his derogatory remarks.
