I had multiple people on ******** recommend Chastain Roofing, so I gave them a call for the roof leak I was having. **** came out and was able to find the problem, luckily it was just plumping pipe boot that needed to be replaced. The office was able to schedule it quickly, and the day it was set for they showed up and got the work done! (A BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK) Chastain could have tried to sell me a whole new roof but was honest about the condition of my shingles and a repair was all I needed right now. Chastain provided a warranty on the work they did. (Another PLUS). It was a joy working and dealing with everyone at Chastain Roofing and when it is time for a new roof... I know who to call, until then I will be recommending Chastain roofing to others. THANKS GUYS YOU ARE AWESOME.

I highly recommend Chastain Roofing. We have used them for gutters and after a recent hail storm they handled it all. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a breeze. They are so thorough and helpful. And the quality of their work exceeded expectations. A plus in every category.

Highly Recommend Chastain Roofing for your roofing needs. We hired them install our roof on our new construction home and we are so glad we did. **** was our salesmen and he was great to work with. We had both shingles and metal roof accents, they accommodated both. A couple of the things i was impressed with was; obtaining pricing was easy and straight forward, scope of work was explained and executed as stated, and **** was on site the day the work began to ensure things went as planned. This level of service was impressive and I was relieved we had found a reliable roofing company that we would continue to work with and be able to share with others. I have known the owners for years. When I called for someone to come and look at my roof, they arrived on time. The repair was completed promptly and they cleaned up the area. I found the workers to be efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience we had with Chastain Roofing. They were always on-time, kept costs according to contract and completely met our expectations. Chastain has provided all of my roofing services for several years - including two roof replacements (****** and ***********). I found their ************* staff and work crews extremely knowledgeable and professional. Most recently, I had a leak associated to a satellite dish. My repair was done immediately which prevented me incurring costly repair issues in my kitchen. Given the service I have received over the years, I never hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Had a roof leak, needed a repair soon due to weather conditions so i searched ****** for roofing companies. I called Chastain Roofing, staff understood my urgency and sent a team member out next day. He was very professional, fixed my leak, made me aware of some other conditions that could cause problems in the future. When I made the decision to replace my roof I called Chastain, they made whole process seamless and I couldnt have been more pleased. This summer I had the pleasure of working with Chastain Roofing. Needed a new roof and gutters. The experience could not have been better. Start to finish. The communication was unbelievable. Ive never been informed of every step like I was with this company. They were here on time and worked until the job was finished. Top notch materials. Polite and professional workers. I am so pleased with the job that was done and the great price that I paid. I highly recommend Chastain Roofing.

This is hard for us, because we do not like leaving bad reviews. We contacted Chastain in February 2023. We wanted to make sure all gutter, soffit, bird boxes, frieze boards, *****, gables, and flashing and decking damage was addressed, we kept going back and for forth for a couple months, due to the contract not stating the exact measurements (gutter, soffit, fascia, CDX, ***, Flashing etc) of what we needed it to state as far as measurements of what is covered (so not to have to pay big fees on the back end), and the CDX for the main and the *** for the garage. We were thorough in our expectations and we sat down on April 12,2023, and we signed a contract with what we thought was all the expectations. During the meeting, we asked if we needed to get a dumpster and they said no, then after signing the contract, they told us we needed a dumpster, which is weird, because the cost should have included a dumpster. We went and paid for a dumpster that same day to be delivered and it was. Then we noticed the contract we signed did not have all expectations on it,( the measurements for soffit/gutter/freize/fascia and other were incorrect) The roof was scheduled for April 20, 2023 and Chastain called on April 19,2023 and said they were going to get *** only for all, we said no, CDX for main and *** for the other, we have been telling them for months about our expectations and most were on the contract and some not on the contract as we thought. On April 19, 2023 we were sent a text 1:12pm "I'm cancelling your job! I do apologize. Good luck picking another contractor. Will have my materials picked up by tomorrow". Chastain cancelled our roof the day before it was going to be installed. What a punch in the gut, we were hit by tornado and trying to fix our house and CDX for main and *** for garage was in the contract and we are out the dumpster fee. We want an apology for this and hope it never happens again to anyone. This truly shook our faith in the trades.
