I traded in a 2022 ***** blazer on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica to secure the auto loan. I was required to give them $10,000 upfront due to the vehicle being upside down in payments. I did so on or around August 8, ***************************************************************************************************************************************** November 2023 I still have no vehicle loan secured. I cannot get the vehicle registered due to the fact the vehicle is still registered to the previous owner or to the dealership text ******* I could not give me any information I called in October they had me come in and give them an additional $750 to secure the loan, and still I have no loan with anyone. I have maintained full coverage insurance on the vehicle since I took possession of it in early August 2023. At this point I am demanding my $10,750 back. And any additional money that I have lost from them selling my vehicle the 2022 blazer I no longer wish to do business with this dealership time is of the essence they can have their vehicle back. I want to be compensated and have my original money refunded.
