On June 19th two carry on suitcases were received to have handles replaced.RO ************** RO ************** Item ending on 756 was returned a few days later. Item ending in 754 has been sitting "waiting for parts', in which they sent me the bill for and it was paid and I was told that the parts were in back order, when it was never disclosed to me, otherwise I wouldn't have paid for services that can't be delivered. The amount of calls, emails(not answered) has been annoying. **************** is not their best feature.Business response

Based on our records, the customer contacted us on 7/5/24 to authorize repairs to their item, excluding wheel replacement as the necessary parts were unavailable. They requested a refund for the estimated cost of $52.00. We proceeded with the repairs on the other identified areas and shipped the item back to the customer. According to *** tracking number 1Z312E980397514284, the package was delivered to the customer on July 10, 2024. Additionally, a credit of $52.00 has been processed and refunded to the customer's original payment method.
