On *** **22 I Brought My 10 moths old ******** *** ******** puppy for an interview to see if he will qualified to be in their facility for a day care, We told them that ******** are very energetic and very playful.on *******22 he had the interview for 4 hours when I pick him up they told me he passed the interview. On *******22 We bought a 5 days, Half day package for $115. the facility use an app for customers to see on camera how their dogs are doing. one day I saw my dog being chased by another dog and they put my dog on a time out, but the other dog was not, I called the facility and asked where is my dog they told me, that he was put in time out because he was playing very aggresive with the others dog's , I explained to them Of What I saw on Camera they said that my dog will get better.My Dog loves that facility that I bought another package of $ 115 and every time that I called because I did not see my dog on camera they told me the same he was put on time out .after that I decide to finish using the days left of my last package. On ****2023 I took my dog for the last day left on the last package and 30 minutes later that my dog was there he was already put in time out, I called and they told me that he will be on time out for the rest of he stayed, I immediatly when to pick up my dog, my wife spoke to the manager(Esther A********) and asked to see the videos and she showed a video from *** **22 my dog was graving the same black dog that I told them about chasing my dog, my dog shaking him. I told her since *** **22 you have that issue with our dog,you should told us do not to bring our dog there any more , instead you told us he will get better. and took our money my wife told her that we paid for day care to play with others dog's not for time out. they lied to us and for that reason we want our money back. we are trying to get our money back but no response with any of the 2 manager's Esther A******** Or Joy H****We Will Appreciate your help.
