  July25 2022 got a oil change….. August11 2022 oil drained out while I was driving and car shut off in middle of road! I Had to pay for my car to get towed and the mechanic said the oil plug was gone and the inside where the oil plug goes is completely stripped! I have all documents and receipts showing they are the only people changed my oil since February 2022 August 16 spoke with ****** said he’ll give manager my number August 25th spoke with ****** said he’ll give manager my number Spoke to ***** 8/25/22 says he will submit a claim Voicemail left 9/9/22 to ***** and he called back and said he was gonna call me back after he call claims but he didn’t call back until a few days later Spoke to ***** 9/13 left a voicemail Spoke to ***** 9/15 he said risk management denied claim due to no fault on their behalf ********** Called claims 9/15 she said risk management will call me back and they did and said claim denied

  I went to get my oil changed and when I was there the manager guy was on the phone with a part store asking about a part. And I heard him telling another guy that worked there that my car would need to be towed away and I seen that throw a bolt from my car with the tool they used against the wall then they lost it somewhere by that wall. I asked them what was going on and was already there for 2 hour while 4 other cars already had their oil changed beside me, the guy tells me they scripted my bolt that goes to my oil pan and they scripted my oil pan that I'd need a new oil pan. Then they tried saying it had to been like that before I brung my car up there. So I had to bring a mechanic up there and they got a bolt from a part store and they made it fit to make it to a shop where they had to use a longer bolt to fit past the scripted part of my oil pan on my car so it is a temporary fix until I replace my oil pan that this oil change place damaged. I told the oil change place when I was there that I drove my car up there that I better leave driving so they kept tugging underneath my car and trying to get whatever fixed and I kept hearing a drill. But a part store delivered that new part up there while I was at the oil change place and they are only a oil change place they don't do any other mechanic work.
