I purchased a inground fiberglass pool, with a contract price at $59,545.00. To date I have paid Blue Dream Pools $74,895.00. The installation of the pool and related systems and products were so defective that the pool must now be removed from the ground and new pool installed in its place. Incredibly Blue Dream installed a pool so unlevel with water heavily displaced at one end. Similarly, the concrete patio is so defective that it too must be replaced. To correct Blue Dreams installation is to the tune of over $79,000.00.Photo's available if needed.Business response

We are surprised to receive such communication, as this is the first time we have been made aware of these issues.
