Pinnacle provided excellent service ! I love the windows they installed . The team that installed the windows was so professional and did an awesome job on the installation! We had 6 windows in our 30 y.o. home that were in serious need of repair/replacement. The double pane glass had moisture intrusion, and the *****/frames had significant moisture damage and looked terrible. The first company we contacted gave us a take-it-or-leave-it estimate with no details on what we would be signing up for. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we contacted Pinnacle. **** from sales came out and spent a good deal of time looking at the work we needed, explained in detail our options, and answered our questions on how they would handle the existing ***** and **** rot. Bottom line: their statement of work detailed exactly the work they would perform and the cost, so there were no questions. They just finished the job and the results are amazing. Payment is due when the job is done. We would definitely recommend Pinnacle.Review from Vickey W

Wow! We just replaced our french doors (which were super drafty and in the way when the door was open) with a new sliding glass door - specially ordered from Pinnacle - couldn't be happier!!!***** and ****** did the best job with installation - they came in, got to work and in no time, it was done and all cleaned up and shined up! So very professional! It looks so much better!!!From beginning to end, the experience with Pinnacle was beyond my expectations! Highly recommend them!Review from Karen W

Heard about the company from a friend who had 30 windows replaced. I only needed 7 windows upstairs.I wish all home projects were this excellent in quality and service. Thanks very much to ****, *****, and ****** for a stress-free experience.

I never thought window replacements would be so easy. I contacted Pinnacle (NOT the ones advertising on tv) and they ****** to the house to give us an estimate. He was great; no pressure, no gimmicks, just straightfoward information. The cost was pretty much what I expected for high-quality windows. The windows arrived from the manufacturer on schedule, and installers ***** and ****** couldn't have been better -- dealing with some unexpected problems but with no delays and no "sorry, extra cost!". The work looks terrific, their explanations were just what we needed, they were considerate and cleaned up completely, and the windows look amazing. I've heard some horror stories about companies that frequently advertise on tv; Pinnacle Window and Siding is no-nonsense, no tricks, just great products and great employees.Review from Joanie E

***** and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job installing my beautiful new sliding glass door this morning. It's made with heavier glass, and now I cannot hear the fountain outside, the traffic passing near my home, or any sirens anymore. The new sliding door closes smoothly and easily, as it should, and the screen door glides with just a touch of a finger and locks in place, as well. The expert detail work included using a leveler, meticulous caulking around the door frame, and, of course, cleaning my new glass doors. I believe that ***** must be a perfectionist because everything looks PERFECT. Call Pinnacle Window and Siding **** located ONLY in ********* **, if you want gorgeous, flawlessly installed windows, doors, or siding. Installation is KEY.Review from Tim G

We found these folks when they did our daughter's windows and was impressed with the workmanship and speed. When the time came a few weeks back for our windows to be done we called them and the job they did was perfect - every window looked pristine. They were even able to replace a large window in the master bath with a dual pane unit with textured glass. We got the xenon filled windows which has made a great difference in internal temperatures. The excellent workmanship caused us to decide on another project: replacing our front door and sidleights. Yesterday the same crew came out and in less than three hours had replaced the entire door, frame and sidelights: again, excellent workmanship, excellent quality, and the installation now matches the windows. Pinnacle is prompt, professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.Review from TB C

We used Pinnacle to replace all our windows with double hung and purchase 2 solid doors (one for the garage and one for the basement). We already had 2 window companies give us estimates, but they would change the price depending on what we bought. Pinnacle was very straight forward--they added a SET amount to each window that was above their cost. NO dickering, plain and simple. Not only that, when I went to the showroom the owner showed me exactly the SMALL differences in the windows we were going to purchase from another company. He didn't try to 'steal' my business from another company, because I was only there to see the differences in a large window vs a small demo piece. That was a few years ago and I finally was cleaning the upstairs windows and I couldn't get it back together after taking it apart :/ I called the office, which is only 15 minutes away to see if they could explain over the phone. Instead, one of the employees came to the house on his lunch break to show me!!! Since it was cold that day, that was a real blessing. ***** and crew just finished installing the windows on our home. It was a big job, 35 windows, but they completed the work efficiently and without any delays. They arrived on time each morning and cleaned up before leaving each day. They even swept the street near their trailer to be sure nothing was left that would damage tires or look unsightly. The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and all of them worked steadily throughout the day. No one was on their phone or goofing off. We've had other crews on different remodeling jobs whose work ethics were hit or miss. These guys were top notch. They treated our home as if it were theirs and with utmost care. When they finished ***** clearly explained how to operate and clean the windows (double-hung). It was reassuring to know these windows were installed with expert knowledge and the installation and caulking/sealing was excellent. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend ***** and his crew and Pinnacle windows. Great service, great windows. ***** and crew were the most professional team of window installers I could ever wish for. They were meticulous about my installation and I am confident that my 26 windows were installed perfectly. They take pride in their work which is rare today. Pinnacle salesman, ******, was patient with my many questions about the windows and the installation. It was a no nonsense quote process. Pinnacle and Okna windows represent quality at an affordable price. No sales pressure or 2 hour presentations like other companies. *****'s crew left the ******* everyday spotless.
