In My Opinion ************************** I've Had Bike Problems Since The Beginning With My New Bike. Break and Throttle Issues. I Had To Bring My Bike In Just Weeks After Buying And Was Charged For Break Pads. Shouldn't A Newly Purchased Bikes Break Pads Work For More Than Approx 2 Weeks? Also The Manager **** (according to their website) Threatened Me In Public Making Wild Accusations. I Heard Homophobic Slurs And Told Me To Never To Come To "HIS Store" Ever Again. I ***************** And They Told Me To Write This Review. I Will Never Do Business Here Ever Again. I Was Standing By My Bicycle After Having Been Pushed By A Stranger Who Walked Into Me And I Had To Fend Off When **** The ***** Manager Came From Out Of No Where And Started To Harass Me. He Had A Very Threatening Demeanor I Just Wanted To Be Left Alone. He Finally Walked Off At Which Point I Spoke With The Officers And Got To A Safe Place. All In All Extremely Disappointed.

      **********************,

Regarding your claim that you feel like you should not have been charged for parts:
Our records show that when you brought your bike in for squeaky brakes it was found that your rear brake system was contaminated with tree sap.  This kind of issue is obviously not a warranty situation, therefore there were charges.  Sap or other contaminates getting on your bike is not ours, nor the manufactures fault, it is from rider neglect.

Regarding you complaint about our store manager:
You were witnessed by him riding your bike at a fairly high rate of speed during peak time on a sidewalk where it is illegal to ride bicycles, there are many signs posted.  After he saw you run your bike head first in to a pedestrian and then try to fight them, he approached you about your reckless actions.  You responded in an extremely combative manor instantly.  Your claims that homophobic slurs and threats were used are completely false, and libelous.  The confrontation had absolutely nothing to do with your alternative lifestyle, and everything to do with your disregard for public safety.  It wasn't until after you said, "I hope you and your family get hit by a bus," as he walked away with his partner and infant daughter, that he told you to never come to the shop again.  There must be some serious hate inside you to say something like that.  We hope you can find some peace with whatever is going on with you so you can do better in the future.

If you'd like to change these false reviews that you are posting and come in to apologize, we'd be happy to remove the "86'd/No Service" clause from you account and re-extend the excellent service that our shop is known for to you.  Otherwise we will continue to exercise our right to refuse service and wish you the best of luck with your bike.

****** and have a nice day.
