      Purchased a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, after a couple of months my wife noticed the breaks squeaked very loudly and the check engine light would pop on and off. Due to Covid they were unable to allow us to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. After calling again and again and again they finally let us bring it in during November of 2022. For the next year they would dodge our phone calls, management refused to speak to us and would not give us any update on the vehicle besides the technician will get to it soon. Finally after over a year, we received our car back in February of ****. I should have called a lawyer and gone through the lemon law process but I am active duty military and didnt have the time to deal with all of that. So far no other issues with the car but weve only had it for a few days now. I would not recommend JN auto group to anyone. Shop somewhere else!

      Stay away from this company! They will defraud you and attempt to rip you off in any and every way possible. They are racists as well! They will lie to you about what you need for your car. They will attempt to fraudulently charge you for damage to their loaner cars. They will overcharge you then when you call them out a manager will service you and adjust your invoice. If you complain, they will ban you from their property! These people are not good people are severely dishonest! STAY AWAY! FRAUD!

      JN Chevrolet worked on my 2018 Chevrolet Corvette, in which some parts were still under warranty. At the Chevrolet ******************* I told them I was having a rattling noise underneath the car plus the car was jerking when I was accelerating and the engine lite came on. Before they even looked at the car, they estimated $1100.00 to fix the car. When I picked up the car up and was charged over $1100.00 the engine lite came on, the exhaust was still rattling and jerking. JN Chevrolet then recommended, me to take it to an exhaust shop to get it fixed or the dealership could replace my entire exhaust for $8000.00 dollars. I called the exhaust shop that JN Chevrolet recommended and the exhaust shop said, "He could replace it but that might not be the problem". So, take it to another mechanic. I found a mechanic which found a spark plug wire was off the spark plug and tightened the exhaust brackets to stop the rattling for $700.00. So to get my car fixed right it should have only cost me $700.00 instead of $1800.00 GM corporate sent me a $100.00 voucher for a oil change which expires in a yr. The dealership has taken no responsibility and have not returned my E-Mails or calls or refund. This needs to stop this kind of business. Next Line is the respond for GM ***************** If your vehicle is functioning properly and no further assistance is required, there is no need to respond to this email. Chevrolet thanks you for your comments and I will document and close out your case based on the information you provided in the survey. No mention of a refund.       I purchased a 2020 A6 from the JN Group last December. During the sales process, I inquired if the car had remote start. The salesman told me that ******* doesn't allow remote starting on their cars. (Not true, I have friends with ******** that have this option.). I also injured about adaptive headlights like my old Audi had. I was told the car had them. (It doesn't). I was then offered a Xylon protection package for the paint and interior of the car. I was planning on having a ceramic coating put on the car. I inquired with them if I could have the ceramic coating put on the car after they applied the Xylon. I was told yes by the salesman. I paid to have it installed and when I took it to my detailer to have the ceramic coating put on, I was told that they would have to remove the Xylon to put the ceramic on. After paying $1500 for the Xylon, I had to pay $1,000 to have the c*** removed. Forward to 3 months ago. My driver's seat seems to be losing it's dye. The black leather is turning grey and streaky. I called the service department and no one every answers. After many attempts I finally got in my car and drove down there and spoke with an advisor named *****. He told me that he would get back to me. A month later I still hadn't heard from him so I stopped by again. He told me that it could've been from the Xylon that was applied. He then told me that I'd have to call Xylon to have it taken care of. They sold me the product and applied it! I told him that it was the dealer's responsibility. I waited another month with no response. I called and spoke with an advisor named Gabe who told me that he'd have *******, the service manager call me, It's now three months later and I've still heard nothing. I decided to contact AudiUSA and got a hold of them and was told that they would get right on it. Nothing. When I called today, they estimated the wait time at 2-3 hours on hold. This is NOT the **** of service a luxury car dealer should be providing!
