The ticket desk "***" has the worst attitude and service. I hate this company and him. Once something happens, this company never responsible for anything. I DON'T RECOMMEND this company tour. I don't want to give them 1 star, definitely 0 stars!!!First of all, they didn't tell me I had to fold a stroller when I got on the trolley. Also nowhere write/post/show "Fold a stroller" at all. ************ or other cities can hop on a bus without a folding stroller. Of Course, the trolley wasn't busy, only a few people were on the trolley. So, I parked the stroller at the very end/side and made a stopper properly.When the tour was almost done, on the freeway, a driver (Blue Line 98) suddenly pushed breaking very hard. Nobody was injured but all the people almost fell. I held my baby so hard that the stroller fell and the canopy broke.The driver explained the situation briefly then the ************* asked me very aggressively "Did you fold the stroller? FOLD OR NOT?". I said "No". He laughed but the driver was nice, and he objected to him "I didn't tell her to fold the stroller because it's not a wheelchair". But he said, "Told you or not, here is the US. We are not responsible and the driver is not our responsibility. What? I don't care about your report line! AFTER the driver apologized to me, the *************! He kept approaching me and asking for my full name and number to report it to his boss. And again! His attitude was very aggressive. I said I guess I can use a warranty on this stroller but if I can't, compensation would be great and he said, YOU WANT MONEY OR NOT?. So scared. Im just a woman who has a baby in my broken stroller and just got into an incident with that companys trolley. And I just want them to ask to help me with something by any chance.What I want to tell all of you is If something happens, especially to Japanese people, you are in a foreign country, if something happens, this company is never ever responsible for you.

Follow-up: Management promptly reached out to this guest to sincerely apologize, provided a full refund, paid for a new stroller and addressed her concerns. We are truly grateful for her willingness to share her experience, which has provided us with the opportunity to enhance our services.Review from William S

We took E Noa Tours Majestic Circle Island Tour with ****, expecting to visit and see all the sites advertised and highlighted in their brochure. However, we soon found out after boarding the tour bus that several sites, which were the reason we took the tour, would not be visited. These sites were the scenic view of Diamond Head, ******************* and the Halona Blowhole. However, we were treated to a one hour visit at a macadamia and coffee roadside stand, which was not one of the advertised sites. (Someone from E *** receiving a kickback from tourist sales???). We were also treated to a drive by of the bus driver/tour guide's old neighborhood (also not in the itinerary), where he could tell us about all the celebrities, like ***** and *******************, he grew up with. And to keep it interesting he told us about all the movies and TV series he had appeared in and all the celebrities he had rubbed elbows with. We were surprised he didn't break his arm patting himself on the back! Maybe if he had spent more time telling us about the sites we did visit, we'd know more about them. Or maybe, if we hadn't visited the bus driver's old neighborhood or spent an hour at a roadside stand, neither of which were part of the itinerary, we might have been able to visit those sites that were advertised. When we contacted E *** about the discrepancy, of course, they deflected blame to the tour director where we stayed, which was using E ***'s advertisement! In other words, they accepted no blame for their screwup! This tour, or scam, was a disappointment and waste of our money. Avoid this tour company!
