I am writing this review out of dissatisfaction for the service I received twice and also after the first incident even called Corporate in *****, ** and never heard back from them.I go to Canes at lease twice a week since there grand opening. Its sad to see the decline in the quality of food and that corporate never even called me back. I called corporate again today and the guy said he saw all the notes but wasnt sure why they never addressed the issue.On 1/28 order ****** I was at Raising Canes for dinner as I ordered the sweet young lady ******* took my order and I said I would like fresh fried and tenders. She said no a problem I will make sure the order was right. As she turned to the back prep ********** he gave her attitude. She even asked him twice and he ignored her request. I them said to ******* and they other cashier why is he giving you attitude do I need to call ************* the manager and they both said yes please he never listens to **. The food then came out with the fries not fresh and hard at the bottom of the place and the tenders just warm not fresh and hot. I was upset by the situation and left. Again I thought let me try again maybe it was just cause they were slow with business.On 2/2 order ****** Again ordered and the ticket clearly said FRESH FRIES N TENDER under my Box Combo order. The fries were room temp and the tenders not fresh. We all work hard and spending money to eat out is a treat but im not going to continue to waste my hard earned money on this quality of food. And sad the upper management couldnt even call me after the first incident.And as you see I go there all the time and never expected this service or food quality
