They are running a promotion, buy $25 in gift cards receive (1) 6" sub free. My wife went to Mililani Mauka location and ran into no problems. The next night (12/20/22) I went and Mililani Mauka had run out of gift cards so they sent me to Mililani Shopping Center to purchase them. I confirmed the promotion and purchased $125 in gift cards. This should have given me (5) cards for the free 6" subs. They only gave me 4 and said that's what the register authorized. I said you told me for every $25, I would get 1 free 6" sub. So they tried to give me unscanned cards. When I questioned whether they would work at other locations they said "You have to come back here!". I said these are for gifts for workers in town, why would they want to drive to Mililani to redeem them? The back of the card says good at all participating locations. Anyways, the location couldn't fix the situation. When I went home my wife tells me even the "scanned" cards are worthless. The cards they scanned and gave me had expiration dates of 1/1/22 to 3/1/22, which means they are already EXPIRED!!. I tried calling World ******** the past two days and left messages that no one responds to. I would like to get the cards for the free 6" subs, replaced with current/new cards.
