Contacted this company for an appointment in January.They arrived for the 2pm and charged cash for the diagnostics. They determined that the appliance was functioning when it was not. He no longer responded and it is now May and my appliance still does not work.Business response

Sorry for the delay regarding this customer. We charge $65 for diagnostic on dishwasher. Technician arrived and diagnostic dishwasher everything work normal and couldnt find any issue. We advised customer to replace main board if happen again. This was January 12 of 2023; somehow she text back Jan 18 about dishwasher not working again and received another text Feb 1st at the same time we try to find information for her dishwasher parts. Last time I heard from her was May 23 and I sent her text with parts alone is $140 and labor is $200 including $65 that she paid for diagnostic on first visit. After I explained everything to **** and said she will get back to me after discussion with husband and uncles.
