  I came to *************** on 5/8/2023 to have my dog treated for a hurt leg that she acquired by falling at the park a day prior. I was told the cost to be treated was going to be around $400. When I went to check out the cost was $675. After about a week a foul odor was coming from my dogs cast applied by the vet. After the 2nd week it started smelling worse and I contacted the vet to have it looked at. They said that they do not recommend bringing her in for a bandage change for at least 4 weeks. I kept insisting due to the pain my dog was in and the odor coming from the cast. They told me if I wanted to bring her in that I would be charged $130 for a bandage change. I declined and said I would treat her myself. After removing the bandage, my dog had a severe infection from the cast being put on too tightly and it imbedded into her skin. I contacted *************** and the doctor ***** return my call for 2 days. The doctor informed me that they are taking no responsibility for the damage and would not be refunding me so I could take her to another vet. I spoke to the manager and they agreed to refund $175, and theyre now refusing to even do that since I posted a negative yelp review. I am requesting a full refund since the care provided did not fix her broken leg and caused further damage.
